Sour Green Apple which wasn't that sour and I liked it. I bought a LMNT hydration drink to try. Lemonade flavor. I didn't drink it yet. Hopefully, it tastes good too. The guy said, it keeps it cold for 24 hours. Lol. I will drink it way before the 24 hours. Lol. It's BOGO 1/2 off right now. I don't need a 2nd one. But, why not for later use. Lol. Service is friendly and fast. The same guy helped me 2 days earlier. Lol. They have a great selection of products here. The value is good too. In my youth (never mind the wisecracks), I would be in the gym 5-days a week so visiting this muscle store was sort of fun like going down memory lane! But that was then and this is now (as the French say) ... today I needed a protein powder that fit my current diet.... mainly no soy, no sugar, and no carbs or other man-made chemicals. Most all powders contain soy but soy is a toxin for some (like me). I was able to find a great powder without soy, milk, sugar or carbs! I liked how the only sweetener used was 1g of Stevia root which has a zero-glycemic index. The price was a bit steep ($42 for 2 lbs) but I might be back when my current supply (different brand) runs out. Enjoyed talking to the knowledgeable young man behind the counter (who looked like he could bench press my car for a warm up without sweating!). Very happy to know this resource is close by in the neighborhood. And the former weightlifter in me? When we stepped in, we saw a ton of trading cards. Yes, there were Pokemon cards, but also sports cards, etc. There were also some cool anime figurines, stickers, face masks, T-shirts, etc. And . . . a small display case full of CBD products!!! Dewayne recommended me multiple pre workouts. I've tried many pre workouts such as c-4, alani, bucked up, ghost (i recomend ghost), total war (i recommend this too), and black market. I'm sure there's much other pre work outs that I've used but these are the ones that i can recall using. I have the preference of 250mg or more in Caffeine as it gives me that energy, that pins & needles feeling :p Dewayne recommended "Beyond Raw Lit." 15 servings (it's a big scooper but I'd rather take half of it). 250 mg of caffeine.
