This is an updated review, 7.24.18. All 3 dispensaries continue to grow and improve through the learning curve. But, Noa has truly excelled, cranking out some really great flower that only seems to get better and better. All the dispensaries are putting out some decent flower. But, having tried almost all the strains from all 3 dispensaries, I can tell you that Noa's flower is consistently a more quality product (I think it's the lights they use). And, I appreciate that they've made an effort to keep prices down for those of us who are poor. When all the discounts are applied, the prices become very competitive. Again, this is wonderful for us with meager and fixed incomes. I am a terminal cancer patient w Multiple Myeloma. I don't know what I'd do without cannabis. Thank you Noa. Pros at Noa- - Free parking - Friendly staff - Nice facility - Consistently good to excellent flower. The trychomes at Noa are always 95% to 100% opaque and/or amber. Always! At the other stores, A LOT of the trychomes are crystal clear and still sparkly, maybe 50% trychomes were still clear. - Great sales and discounts Cons- - Honestly, its hard to think of a negative. - I wish their concentrates were less $$. Overall, I think Noa does an excellent job and I look forward to the next time I go there. read more

Alright, I've been coming here for awhile now, both locations. So, it's time to leave a review. First, the people are super nice. But, that's never the problem with these places. The real questions are quality and price. In regards to quality, they offer low to mid-grade beasters at best. There are no real headies. Most their flower strands hover around 12-17% THC with their standout strain maxing out at about 22% THC. I've encountered some questionable products as well. I got some cartridges that taste more of latex than anything else. And, I got some flowers that had not been properly flushed before harvest. It smoked super harsh and you could clearly taste the chemicals. I'm not really sure what nutrients they're using either, but their flowers have the least flavor of anything you'll find in the state. Their drying process is super aggressive as well. Never mind the fact that, their flower packaging does not fully seal as to avoid mold. It doesn't cure either though. Having said all that, they do offer sealed bags of really good shake at tolerable prices. It cures in the bag, so the flavor and potency is actually a little better than you'd expect. In regards to pricing, NOA is the best bang for the buck when it comes to flowers. The questionable products I mentioned before were one-offs that are probably the result of growing pains. The only real problem I see with NOA's pricing are their special's text alerts. The ads need to be more clear and grammatically correctly, especially if, the website isn't maintained to reflect real-time inventory levels and pricing. read more

So this place is the only one that I know of on the Windward side so it's convenient that you don't need to drive to Honolulu. However, it's very expensive compared to Cure. I bought something similar to what I purchase at Cure and it was $60 which at Cure its $40-45. The workers were friendly. Their selection seemed very limited compared to other places. The pen is $15 rather than the usual $10 everywhere else. The concentrate I purchased has no flavor, taste, or scent to it whatsoever. Slightly disappointed and probably won't be going back here. When I went to Noa they said there was a sale going on and I could buy 3 bottles of the tincture for the price of 1 bottle. I bought them but they were so salty tasting that I woke up every few hours with my mouth so dry I could barely stand it. I also noticed when I got home that the use by date wasn't even a year. My first experience with a dispensery in Hawaii and I wasn't disappointed. The waiting area is very spacious and comfortable and clean. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The staff was informative and their menus are very nice. The introduction booklet that they gave me was full of very useful information. The person that helped me (I'm so sorry I never asked your name) was very patient with all my questions about the products and fit the things he suggested with my needs. Friendly staff that are very kind and helpful. Prices of flower are expensive but are of good quality. Basically, you must be aware of the sales and keep the text messaging application on your phone. The carts here are really bad. I bought a few here and tried one hit from each and coughed so hard I threw up. The carts dont taste good at all and give you more of a head rush from coughing than the THC high. Overall, the lotions, tinctures, concentrates, etc are very sub-par. I am an MMIC card holder. I was going to visit Oahu so i decided to get a Hawaiian Medical license-because Oahu is Medical. Which sucks because recreational would bolster the economy. Went to 2 Dispensaries and there system were down(?)And I couldn't purchase any Cannabis! It's been about three months since I started going to Noa Botanicals and my rating is still the same! Honestly, this dispensary is AMAZING! They truly do value you, and they show genuine compassion for their patients! I never went to Noa and left unhappy with what I purchased or not satisfied with the customer service. I'm still greeted fabulously by the "security" gentleman in the front and I still get great customer service from the workers in the back. I can easily tell if someone is forcing themselves to be nice, and this is not the case here. The workers LOVE talking to you about cannabis, and life, they're always smiling, and so genuine! They all have so much product knowledge and always answers my questions and makes sure that I understand what was said. They are also so open and honest with giving you tips and tricks, do's and don'ts, etc. They definitely hired amazing people to work here! I always spend over $100 every time I come, which is about every two weeks. And the plus is that you can save $10 if you spend $100, they also have other savings; if you spend (blank) you can save (blank). But the minimum is $100 to get a savings of 10. They also have deals on flower! Add a gram or eighth of a specific strain for a discounted price! Once they had that deal with their Gorilla Glue #4 and let's just say that I went home with a lot of GG4 and I didn't spend a lot of money- it was great! And from that deal, I would try other strains that I never thought I would like. From the deal, I grown to LOVE their Arts OG. This dispensary is also hustling to release more and new products consistently! They will always have so much product available, and you rarely need to worry about them selling out (unless its something super new and popular). The last time I came to Noa, they asked if my zip code is my current code and they explained that they are getting data from where their patients reside so they can figure out where would be a great location to open up another Noa location! OMG! That is seriously amazing that they are thinking about expanding to better service their patients that drive far to get to their location in town. Noa DID NOT set the "bar" for dispensaries, they ARE the bar. Aloha Green wont come close in comparison to Noa. I'm NOT shaming Aloha Green so please don't message me and "harass" me about that comment. Instead, I'm giving my raw thoughts and opinions. Wow!! Went here today as my very FIRST experience at a dispensary. You first walk in and you are greeted by smiling faces behind a desk. They hand you a few forms for you til fill out (basically info from your 329 card). You go over into the waiting room to fill it out. It was very open and there were open menus all around. I loved the decorations it was very classy and professional. I was surprised to see how fair the pricing was. While I was waiting to be called into the back I checked out the menu to get an idea of what I wanted to try. After about 5 min I was called to go in the back. There were a bunch of workers in the back that were helping ppl behind a standing desk. It kind of felt like I was at the apple store Genius Bar lol. It was so odd to experience such professionalism when picking up weed haha. So this lady (I forgot her name) was super nice and was super helpful and she recommended the best strains for my anxiety. Overall, i loved the experience here and I can't imagine anything better. It was magical. First time at Noa, thought I'd try it, close to home, I've been using Aloha Green since the beginning of the year and they are good and professional. Ordered online for Noa, not too tough to do, similar to Aloha's online system. When I got to the store there were no patients so I thought cool it'll be quick. Boy was I wrong. The girl took my info and typed me in then informed me that she needed to wait for someone to show up, can't keep the front empty. Someone showed up in about 5 mins, then I followed the girl into the back. I told her I had ordered online and my order should be waiting, "Go to register 5 and I'll be right there" she said. Off I went. She came over with my order and tried to ring me up, but couldn't. Then I told her that this was my first time at Noa, and she informed me I needed to fill out some paperwork. ????? Never needed to do that at Aloha. Back to the front to fill out the form. It was a disclaimer that must have been written by a paranoid lawyer, and each line needed to be initialed the my name in print and then my signature. Back to the back, again and this time while the girl tries to ring me up the guy that was up front came back and asked for my ID. ???? He says he needs it to fill out some more info and he'll bring it right back. ?????? Not sure I give it to him. Now back to my purchase. The girl continues to try to ring it up, but makes the lame excuse that it's not letting he see my purchase limit.?????? I give up. I say forget it, not purchasing here again, such bull***** (you know what I mean). No professionalism, no customers, and needing my ID to fill in information?????
