I don't recommend buying from these guys when it comes down to anything besides vape juice and disposables. Anything Hydroxie or Kratom is criminally overpriced. The service is bad because they lie to you and say not to pay attention to MSRP or how much the product cost on the Internet. So when you know that they're openly lying to you, it's not cool. read more

Honestly a little disappointed about this visit, usually everything's great and definitely worth the 5 stars but I've noticed that when The Older lady is working that I tend to get overcharged. I bought a vape at $28.00 and another product listed at $38.00 (37.99) and when I went to pay I was told my total was $70.00. It's minor but definitely something to keep in mind! Thanks for everything guys! read more

Popped in to grab some rolling papers, asked the guy behind the register if I could borrow his phone charger while I was there, he charged my phone for a minute while I browsed. As I asked him about some CBD products, he became very rude, he soon asked me to leave because he said he didn't think I was buying anything and if I was I would've already. He was wrong, I was simply browsing. He began to call police, why an absolute loser. His name is Darien. Idk if he was scared or what, maybe it's a bad area, maybe he watches too much news who knows. He went on about how some things aren't illegal but aren't legal either, he was talking in riddles making no sense and wouldn't let me buy a pack of rolling papers. 0/10 It's gonna be really hard for me to forgive this experience, But like I said in the store. It's always possible , Vapes are shitty for your health any way, Some old guy came out and didn't make the situation better either.. These guys are totLly out of touch, and are just capitalizing off fucking peoples health up.. Their papers were like 4 bucks anyway, Fuck em. read more

I will never go back to this store due to the owner. The woman behind the counter ignored me for 2 mins before coming to assist me. She then did not even attempt to help me get the vape I wanted when I was kind to her and had my money in hand. I asked if the vape I wanted was good and she told me to look up the reviews myself. I understand that, we have the internet at our fingertips. I then bought $60 of PUFF BAR disposable vapes from her and when I walked out with my products. I puffed one and it was not working after multiple attempts. I went back into the store and kindly asked for a refund for all of them but the one I had already opened because they were malfunctioning. She had me go back to my vehicle and get the one I was saying did not work. I showed her that it was not even reving. She proceeded to open the rest of them and had me test them to see if they worked. Which some did some did not. I then selected the vape that was my second choice and went to pay for it. she stated I would not be getting a refund for the products that SHE opened. I told her that she opened them after I said twice that I wanted to return them due to the malfunctions of the products. She proceeded to argue with me, and try to stiff me and told me I can never come back to the establishment. I feel as if she could have professionally handled the transactions better. I have been visiting this establishment for over 5 years and never had a problem. Her being the wonder is completely baffling. read more

I purchased a $30 item made of glass. I got home and took it out of the bag. When I set it down on the table, it broke into 2 pieces. It was the cleanest break ever, so it obviously wasn't broken by me dropping it or mishandling it. I immediately called the store and told them what happened and he refused to help me in any way. He wouldn't even offer for me to bring it back so he could see and MAYBE offer to exchange it once he saw it was DEFINITELY a defective item and not my fault. He didn't even act like he cared that I just paid him $30 for nothing. It was very disappointing. read more

The vapes here are way more expensive than any of vape store on island. Buy almost $8. I walked in, because my husband has been looking for a certain flavor and they are the only place that have it. I tried and after I paid for it and it tasted burnt a little. I let her know and she told me she would just refund me instead of giving me a new one instead. This is the first place in 10 years and 6 states that I have ever been told that. Then they took the burnt vape away and told me basically to get out. They're awful and treated me like crap! This is one of my favorite vape shop I love to go too! I came here one day and a guy name Matt was there to help me look for a new mod. I asked him what kind of mods are good! He told me if I was a starter I could get the starter kit or just get the mod by it's self. I told him I want a box mod that would fit well in my hand. He showed me all the box mods they have and I saw the Fuchai that I thought looked perfect! I asked him how much it was and it was $70 it was the last one too so I told him "ILL GET HIS ONE!" I got myself a Fuchai and it's also in my favorite color "blue"! After I got myself a mod I went to go pick a tank now. I saw that they have the Valyrian tank so I got myself that one in blue also. Than I got myself 2 of the brown batteries as well. Than I got myself juice. They had a collection of juice so I asked Matt which one is the most popular one? He recommended me the pink starburst to me and I told him I'll get that in 6s. My total for everything was around $150. The service was great! Matt was a really nice and helpful guy! He knew everything about mods so it was perfect to ask him all kinds of questions. If you vape come to this location and try their juices too!! read more

FYI, if you need to park somewhere and don't want to park at don quiote, then park at FabricMart. That's what they mean by "free parking." Overall the service is good and the people working there are always helpful and friendly. I find myself going back a lot compared to going to Volcano, where the prices can be a little high and the service can be a little hostile (kalihi). Prices here are pretty reasonable and they have everything that I looked for (I.e. Falcon tanks and coils, cbd oil, and new mods). All the people that have helped me are always nice and allowed me to try out new mods when I brought my own tank. They also have a little 420 section! read more

This place does not disappoint and I so wish we had places this stocked in California. I came to this shop to look for some mods I've been wishing to get, the Drag 3 and the Vaporesso Luxe 2, but it has been so difficult to get my hands on the colors I've been wanting. The person at the front desk was very friendly and they not only had the colors I was looking for also had every color available for the Drag. Very nice local shop. read more

I've actually been here a few times but after my experience with Smokeys vape store I don't dare to go to another local Vape shop but I was out of coils so I had to stop. The selection is amazing by far best selection than anyone on the island. At least 150 plus types of vape brands and flavors. Nice spacious, clean organized store not like other that are the size of a closet. I ended up buying some juice because they had every kind imaginable. Unlike any other vape stores this store actually has the sample bottles for you to smell/taste the vape juice before buying. Other store you can't even set your vape up. The gentlemen I'm assuming the owner was very nice and professional. Prices are comparable if not better than competitors. They had a sign saying free l Parking but I was unable to ever find it but there's plenty of spots you can "park" for short times. Great store read more

I bought a $140 vape here that was recommended by the store worker. After a small amount of use the vape broke. I though if I returned to the store they would exchange it. They refused, directing me to the manufacturer. When I called the manufacturer they didn't answer and they haven't answered my email. read more

In need of a Clone mod? or even an Original Mod?? This Vape Shop has that for you! This place was not difficult to find at all! Now, the reason I am taking away a star, would be parking. It says on their window in BRIGHT yellow "Free Parking" right? yet, I dont even know WHERE that parking is. Consider myself dumb I guess but since the shop IS along the street, I wish I knew where TO park. The way we do it is, just park at Don Quijotes parking structure, and walk. We only do this though because right after Vape Hawaii, we actually go to Don Quijote. I remember asking once where to REALLY park and one of the guys said behind Palama Parking? but it seemed to complicated for us. So Don Quijote parking it is! Now, Let me tell you. This Vape shop offers a HUGE variety of mods from CLONES to ORIGINAL. Not many shops carry this nice selection of mods. Others have huge selection of Ejuices, but I believe this places carries the better CLONE mods. Chris is always my favorite, he is very knowledgable when he is working with you, and I always request him when I want my mod built. Hands down, the coolest guy! The Ejuices here, I think they do have a decent variety but their selection is NOT as good as Vaping Section. I think this Vape shop is better if you are looking forward to buying a clone mod but not ejuices. Don't get me wrong, they do have GOOD brand of ejuices. However, to me it is a small selection. They also carry, a sweet selection of drip tips for your mod! they do vary in price, which to me are quite pricey, considering you can probably find them online but if you are in a hurry and want that drip tip now go for it! but if you want to save money, make sure if you think that drip tip is worth buying. Another good fact about this place, they do not just sell VAPE items. They carry cigarettes, lighters and accessories for the cigs. They sell incense too. It's a lot of good stuff here. It is WORTH checking out! read more

A very wide selection and nice prices, I would say that if you're looking for an assortment this would be the stop to go to. BUT the customer service I received on my visit was awful, the man who helped me was very rude and abrasive. When I proceeded with my questions I got met with nothing but "I don't know" and "whatever it is", hopefully it was just this one employee and it has been some time since I have been there. read more

Best vape shop we found while visiting. The guy working the counter was the nicest person we have met here so far. 10/10 highly recommend.

Let me start off with this...I don't ever write reviews on shops, but this place was so bad that they left me no choice. As soon as I walk in, no greeting or feeling of being welcomed. There were 2 young guys, and a young girl working at the time. When I walked in, all 3 of them looked at me for a second, and continued to revert back to what there were doing (talking casually, and texting) I went up to their display cases to look at their eliquid. It took almost 5 minutes for someone to come up to me and ask me "If I need help". I replied to him that I was just checking out what flavors you carry. His response was, "alright, cool" and walked away... I asked the guy how a particular flavor tasted like, he then handed me a "flavor menu". The flavor that I wanted to find out more on was not in the menu, so I asked him again.... His response was, "idk... I haven't tried it yet" I really hope the owner of this shop reads this... You wonder why your shop is so empty or isn't as popular as the vaping section, cloud 50, or any other shop in HI... Your workers have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE WHATSOEVER... I'll admit this, you carry top notch products, but without a staff that provides good customer service, you guys will go no where... Good customer service makes customers come back and spread the word around to their friends to check you guys out. read more

This used to be my one stop for all my vaping needs, they have a wonderful selection of everything and I never left disappointed. This is a family owned business, I met a father and two of his sons. The father is amazing, very nice and helpful, always goes above and beyond to make sure you got what you needed. The reason I changed my regular store is one of the sons, I believe he wears glasses. He is not rude or anything but always makes me feel like I'm invading his personal space and bothering him with all my questions. He doesn't smile or talk unless spoken to. He manages to give you the attitude in a perfectly polite way and his answers always seem condescending. He does seem to work more often than his brother and father so now I only go there if I have to. read more

Best prices You could go to one of the other Vape shops in town and buy the same model at vape Hawaii for about half the price not only that, their customer service is excellent and they carry all the juices I'm looking for read more

First off, way overpriced for average stuff. Second, they sell the complete setup of mods and Heads, yet have no spare parts. Their e juice is super overpriced and you can get the same stuff online 30-40% cheaper. I am a semi regular customer, but what bothers me is That I get carded every time I go in now(which is a stupid law) but what's even worse is that they seem to study my ID. It takes less than 2 seconds to look at the year and know it's 15 years over the sell date, yet they stare at my ID and then look at me. If that's not bad enough, when I use my CC on that same cost, not 5 minutes later, they again ask to see my ID after they studied it already. The way they act makes me feel like I'm being treated as a criminal or a fraud either that or they're really that dumb to forget, but I don't like to think people are dumb. read more

Awesome customer service! Looked this place up from Chicago while on the phone with my brother who was looking for a vape store near Waikiki. Gave the store a call and got great directions. My brother said the store was was cool and clean. He rated it 5 star, I wrote the review. Mahalo! read more

I don't really go here cuz I live in Kailua, but I decided to check this place out. Came here with a friend who had friend that works there. Knowledgable guy, but cocky as f*ck. Nice place they have, but the service was pretty bad. Last time I came, I knew I was only gonna shop for juices since my go to shop didn't have any new flavors. Their selection is good. Labels and bottles are kind of ghetto though. Mostly glass bottles with pipette-style droppers (I'm sure they have a name for this but I'm having a brain fart right now lol) which I'm not really a fan of but can deal with anyway. I tried a bunch but my all time favorite is Flare. Taste like fruit punch and looks like it too! On a positive note, I really like their juice menus show you the VG ratio. Really nice when you're looking for thick juices for fat clouds. Other than that, I wouldn't willingly come here unless I'm within walking distance. Not really worth burning up all that gas. read more

Vape shops that don't ignore me when I walk in is an automatic win. It feels like if the employees don't know who you are, they don't give a crap about your money. Vape Hawaii offers a huge.. (&when I say huge, I mean HUGE) selection of flavored juices. As well as mods, drip tips, and everything you need to complete your vaping needs. My favorite so far that I've tried is the "Manchu." It's a cross between guava and mango. Which I might add, is dericious. Yes, I said dericious. You can even sample the flavors before you decide on the one you like the best. :) They also offer free parking in the back of fabric mart in case anybody is deceived by the "free parking" sign they have on their store window. So all in all, the atmosphere is pretty chill. The employees are pretty friendly. Inventory is stocked with a huge variety of anything and everything you need. Pricing is really reasonable compared to the other places I've been. Definitely check them out when you get the chance. Also as a side note: they have really cheap cigarettes, hookahs and other things related to smoking. read more

This place is good if you're shopping for mods and anything to do with them--box mods, regular mods, clones, authentic, atomizers, etc. Their juice is a bit pricey though. I'd rather go to Puff 'n Stuff in Kalihi for cheaper ejuice. But, it's a bit far from where I live so this place is a solid alternative. As far as box mods go, they have in an awesome variety and selection right now. There's this one wooden box mod that goes for only like $50 and it hits hard and produces fat clouds. Some of the workers there are friendlier than others, but mostly they're all helpful. All in all, it's a solid place to go when you need vape stuff. read more
