Located next to Boston's Pizza in Aiea a few doors from 49niner restaurant. You park in the rear and enter the store from the rear. Had to fill out paperwork as a first time customer and show my medical Marijuana card and ID. Then I got buzzed into the back room. I looked all over for big screen tv menus as I'm used to at other dispensaries. Also nothing really on display. It's all on their iPads on the counter. So you may as well place your order online and pick it up the same day. This shop is an enigma to me...the store name makes you think it's going to be very natural, new age vibe. But when you get there it's alot of marketing deals, specials, campaigns. I kinda got overwhelmed by all the numbers being thrown at me. Yet the information about the strains and strength was not front and center. There was a strain that has a gasoline taste (surprisingly people want that). That seemed odd to me in light of the company name. I expected more like honey, lavender, etc. Also, they have a lot of gummies with bright colors and flavors which was not jiving in my mind as to what "Botanical" gummies might look like. I get it though, nobody likes the harsh taste of thc in their gummies. I was just expecting more natural colors and product names purely based on the company name. My comments are coming from a background in branding and marketing, and my purely candid observations as a first time customer. Most of the flower strains were hybrid that day, but I suppose most people only care about the THC percentage. I care if it's gonna put me to sleep ASAP or keep me up. I like to have day time and night time- cut and dry. So just ask them on the hybrids if it's more indica (night time) or sativa (day) dominant. I got some RSO oil as well as 4 "tasting flight" of 1gram flower 2 indica and 2 sativa for $50. I call it tasting flight, not them. I like their location on my way home from work easy to get in and out. Also bonus to grab pizza next door afterwards or many places to eat nearby haha. So every dispensary has a rewards program to promote repeat business and sales. What set this one apart is the free t-shirt upon 2nd visit with the stamp card. I will be back for my free t-shirt! I've been utilizing this dispensary and it's location for a few years now but I'm very close to changing vendors based on my experiences here. First and foremost I'd like to remind everyone, "you" are a patient and when you go here, "you" are at a dispensary so dispenses medicine. Therefore "we" should be treated as such. I do not appreciate cringing upon waking in to be served because it sounds like an auction. When I say this I think most know the one particular cashier who is oddly "very loud." Please teach workers this is not an auction. Patients come in to this dispensary with all types of medics issues that you just can't see. From ptsd to anxiety to chronic pain. Your inside voice is essential. You would not behave loudly in a pharmacy, there is no difference. After cringing time and time again I breathe a sigh of relief each time I go to pick up medication and this worker is not there. Until today when met with yet another strange and unsettling experience at the intake at the front door. I tend to try to not let things get to me but when I am forced to take it I cannot help but wonder who else has experienced what I have as well. This compels me to have to share my experience with others in hopes of making a difference for others. When entering the vibe check was not checking. Perhaps if you have cameras you can verify. On Friday online order for pick up 1:30-1:45 Jan 3. I walk in, wait and become distracted by my cell phone then I thought I heard my name I look up and ask "are you ready?" Sometimes I think I hear things because my hearing is not the best. But I definitely heard the worker respond: Are "you" ready???? And please it was not in a way anyone would expect. The tone was very condescending and I'm not sure why. I will say this. Upon entering and that vibe check, it gave all kinds of uncomfortableness. At my age I can feel how people perceive me and this one was very not accepting. It is not her job to do that, she's a worker. And perhaps people like me, who look like me wouldn't have to let a "dispensary" of all places know that treating all patient's/clients equally is not only policy, but discrimination hurts. This is The Aloha State. Homophobia doesn't look good on anyone. I let this one slide. And for the auctioneer guy, I've let workers know and even the manager a few months back after enduring it and even leaving driving home shaking. I hope this message comes in loud and clear that "we" those people who walk in.. We are real people. People with medical conditions. We are not numb to our surroundings in fact, we are most susceptible to being treated poorly and are very hyper aware of our treatment. Mahalo read more

Save your money and time! This is a small place, I get it. I've been up there and drove off more times than I've been in that store. The few times I've went into the dispensary I've been told to sit down and wait. They never seem to have enough people in the back working or are just talking story too damn much! There will be two people outside at the desk and only one bud tender and probably one at lunch?!? Also, they're website is misleading. It says you will get a certain percentage of concentrate but when you get to the dispensary it's different % than what they advertised. When I asked about this I was given some long, lame excuse about how their website doesn't upload the right information.! Wtf!? Limited selection along with over friendliness and not good with time management and getting your patients in and out. I'm. I'm not coming back. GO TO TOWN!! Finally a dispensary closer to the west side! Not only that, but Noa tends to be my favorite of the dispensaries so I was stoked for the opening of this new location. I thought it would be easy to miss coming down Kam Highway, but it's in the same parking lot as Boston's Pizza and there's a big sign out front that says NOA. Parking has always seemed fine - it's not too busy. As with all the dispensaries, they check your ID and 329 card, get you registered in their system. They are practicing social distancing so only two patrons (I believe) allowed at one time. Face masks required. They provide hand sanitizer. It is a small dispensary but as long as they have what I need, I could care less. The staff is just as friendly at this location as at the other. The discounts apply to all locations. The menu in the waiting room is on separate tablets, which is pretty cool. They still take CanPay and have an ATM on site if needed. Bottom line, amazing new business. ** BEWARE OF SEALED CONTAINERS ** NOA AIEA SELLS CRAP WEED. 1) The Bacio Gelato is close to hemp in smelled, taste and high. It's super dried out I mean cookie crumble dried out, rehydrating makes no difference in taste. 2) I tried Gorilla Quake next, super dried out again (Crumbly and Dusty) but this time most of the buds had tiny small holes all around the bud created by mites, I've never seen buds with holes, 3) next was Cement Shoe, dried out and mite eaten again. Came here for the first time after receiving my medical card. This was my first experience and I had almost no idea of what I wanted so I relied a lot on the gentleman helping in the dispensary. When asking questions, I mentioned the issues I was having and what he recommended. He only told me about what he used personally but wasn't really helpful in explaining which strain would be best for certain issues. It kind of felt like he wanted me to do my own research before I came. I did browse their website but was still new to the whole process since I hadn't really smoked before. Besides that, the flower itself has helped me tremendously. I do hope to get something I can use and keep going throughout the day rather than sleep. For the big specials, go early. Honestly the prices are never that great. But went down to take advantage of the 25% off and they were sold out of ALL concentrates. This is why we need cannabis to open up to off-island competitors. Went there for the first time needed some meds , Just gotta say awesome staff very friendly, BUT the meds was almost none smokeable , one I know it has to be dried to a certain point due to humidity , but dang was almost harsh on the throat , gummy's was ono love um had to take about 4-5 , the cart they gave as a first time member was 1 out of 5 stars , it was pure Rosen press liquid but it was burnt look almost like molasses color when I'm used to gold to almost clear , it was .25 cents as a first time buyer but you can't sell your place by giving away Burnt meds , I will go there one last time and get nothing but top shelf and see were we go from there , the prices are kinda high for mid shelf products you looking at $210 for there 8-12% thc meds . So I gotta choose wisely on the next visit, I have High expectations when it come to my meds especially from a medical facility. We all know Hawaii we can get fire for way cheaper price read more
