I've always like the location of this store with the huge parking lot & how clean & well-stocked the store is. The eating area is good sized with a pizza bar, hot soup & food bar, & salad bar. For made to order food, there's a coffee bar with baked goods, sandwiches & burgers, wok bowls, and smoothies. Lots to choose from. We came mainly to try the new promotional mac nut haupia smoothie. It comes in one size only, 16 oz and pricey at $11.99. The drink is ono but I think the toasted coconut made it too sweet. The haupia would have been enough to give the drink that coconut taste. We each ordered the black bean & beet burger - my fave! It's very tasty & a good sized sandwich with toppings of your choice, very filling. I also ordered from the salad bar, the kale & beet salad - another fave! It's the only way I'll eat kale. Over the years I've tried a lot of their food. The baked goods are even better than Starbucks, especially the banana bread & the blueberry scones. Ordering is easy from the kiosks set up in the food area. Since it's all cooked to order, not fast food so it does take a few minutes wait time. Down to Earth is a great place to get some healthy, tasty food, give them a try!

Once you enter you need to circle the building as it's located right behind Guibe Cafe. It's nice that they have some pop ups here and this day was no different with Sippin' Pretty whisking up some various drinks for a quick and easy pick up. They offer two pickup or delivery days, Monday and Thursday. The menu differs for both days so you don't find yourself eating three of the same chicken meals over the week. The food is absolutely delicious. I have two meals left to try, but I haven't had a single meal this week that wasn't lick the plate clean good. They also list calories, carbs, fats and protein on the container so you can track properly. You can pick up at their location or several locations island wide. They also order home delivery for a cost. If you're not home just leave an insulated bag with some ice and you'll come home to fresh tasty meals.

I decided to try a new shop with different brands, so I stopped in and purchased a product I've been using for the past year with no problems. Immediately after eating the tablet, my mouth filled with a chemical taste and I knew something was wrong. I spent the next 5 hours feeling like I was going to die. Shaky. Sweaty, heart palpitations and nausea from the extreme pain that was coming from my liver area. I should have checked first, but in the back of the package there is a QR code you can scan to verify the product is legit and also see the lab reports from its production to verify no dangerous solvents and inaccurate doses are inside. When I scan the QR code it takes me to some random webpage that has nothing to do with the product. I called the shop and explained what happened, they didn't care. Despite me still having 95% of the product still left, they refused to give me a refund. Aside from that, their prices are way higher than any other shop on the island and the selection isn't that great. This explains perfectly why most their reviews are as bad as the products they are putting out. Very bad business model. They could have refunded me and gotten a refund from the manufacturer. In internet search, I found some batches from them are packaged to quick and trap in solvents. I can only figure the reason they don't refund is that they are fake or just don't care about customer retention.
