I decided to give it a try and have been very happy with the results and am most certainly starting to feel a better recovery from my sports and workout sessions. I am usually a little guarded when it comes to specialty stores as I know that sometimes they can be pushed to upsell the customers but I never felt that way during this visit and felt comfortably confident with my purchase. Justin made me feel comfortable right away and really listened to what I wanted. I told him I wanted a pre-workout that would help me cut and that I can handle 200mg+ of caffeine. He recommended OxyShred Hardcore--and wow. I used it at the gym and had clean, focused energy. After leg day, I usually struggle through cardio, but I was able to sprint 30 seconds on and off instead of just walking on an incline. My mental focus was noticeably better and I got through my workout way more efficiently. He also recommended a women's creatine with collagen and biotin, which I didn't even know existed! Once you enter you need to circle the building as it's located right behind Guibe Cafe. It's nice that they have some pop ups here and this day was no different with Sippin' Pretty whisking up some various drinks for a quick and easy pick up.
