    The worst, most dishonest dealership I've ever dealt with. I leased a 2018 and 2021 F150 truck from them. Their service department damaged both of them. The 2018 went in for a warranty repair. They tried giving me back the truck with the hood, passenger door and bed all scratched to bare metal. They had one of their service people drive it to the front , hand me the keys and walked away. They had to repaint over 50% of the truck. I also bought 4 new tires from them. I thought they would do a better job mounting them since they are a Ford Service Department. Boy was I wrong. They gauged one of the chrome wheels. Again they tried giving it back to me and hoped I wouldn't notice it. When I showed it to them they said they could "touch it up" with silver paint. After arguing with them they agreed to replace the wheel. I brought my 2021 in for a simple oil change. They drove it into a wall in the service department. They tried giving me back my truck with a scraped front bumper and damaged grill. When I went back in to tell the service rep what they did the he had the nerve to ask me if I drove it off their lot. Between all the damage they did to both trucks I lost about 4-5 months usage of them. They did give me loaners. Usually small SUV's. After all my lost time with my trucks, which I use for my business, I went in to complain to my sales rep, John Talt. He made all kinds of promises that the dealership would cover some of my lost monthly payments. He lied. The dealership covered none of them. Ford Motor Company covered one month. I complained to Ford. They told me the dealerships are independently owned and they have no control over them. I even had the sales manager, Douglas Curtis, come out to see the damage they did. His response was don't come back to the dealership since I complained to Ford. My advice based on my experience is if you want to buy a Ford don't buy it from Hempstead Ford. And, whatever you do don't go near their service department. I have texts, photos and receipts to back up everything I've stated.

    This is my 2nd truck within the last 3 years that I purchased from Hempstead Ford. I still have the Gen2 Raptor I bought back in 2019. Just picked up the very first F150 Lightning from their dealership today. Process was and always has been painless with Hempstead Ford. You get in, you get out. No negotations that go nowhere, no FIO pushing you to buy this option and that. Just straight shooters. Great staff too. I think I spent more time just BSing with the sales guys then I did taking delivery of my new truck. John T was great to deal with years ago when I bought the Raptor. And Tom M was awesome to deal with when I picked up the Lightning. Will definitely be back for more trucks in the future!

    I was in the market for a Ford F-150 truck. My wife and I visited Hempstead Ford Lincoln.When we first walked in, we were greeted and welcomed. Dennis Cullen was our sales rep and skilled financial team helped us with a loan that can fit my budget. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Hempstead Ford Lincoln has what many dealerships don't: the desire to interact with people. Dennis explained everything to us, did not rush, and made us feel at ease. If you are in the market for a car or truck, Hempstead Ford Lincoln is the place to go. Not only is the service exceptional but they have great inventory! You won't be disappointed! Dennis was professional, knowledgeable and honest. He gave me a greatest deal! I feel beyond lucky to have had his assistance. I HIGHLY recommend him! I couldn't have asked for better service! Dennis really went above and beyond!l

    DO NOT COME HERE!!! They will take your money and not give you anything. Took my mother's money and it's been 6 months with nothing.

The team we worked with at Enterprise Car Sales was amazing start to finish. At the Hempstead location we worked with Sonia, Anthony and Herber to help us get the right car for us. We tested out a few cars until we got the perfect one for us. They also were able to work with us to transport a few cars to test that were at their sister Enterprise Car Sales dealerships within the tristate area. Their customer service was exceptional. The manager of the dealership, Melvin, also spoke to us and was very friendly. The one thing that stood out from Enterprise versus other dealerships is the no hidden fees. There was the standard dealership fee and the regular DMV fees. Everything was explained to us clearly and it made the process super easy. If we are to consider to get another used car in the future we will definitely consider returning again.

Was carrying a lot of luggage. Their rental SUV broke down; managed to park at Manorville, NY fire station on Manorville Road. It was hot & humid day. Called Enterprise and they took SUV. Was abandoned by Enterprise to fend on my own, for around 2 or 3 hours. Got water from fireman, otherwise would have fainted. Called an Uber, they stood me up, appears Manorville to Riverhead not profitable route. Eventually got a taxi from a nice cabbie, taken to Enterprise Car Rental Riverhead, NY office, where they eventually gave me another smaller rental vehicle, I then filled empty tank and headed toward Mom in Hampton Bays, NY.

Initially, there were several issues with the quality of work performed on the cabin air filter. On Feb 20, I expressed my concerns, surprise and dissatisfaction. The service advisor Steven worked with the Service Manager Gregory Andrews to ultimately rectify the problem of the cabin air filter and blower motor. While I was disappointed that the issues occurred in the first place, and I had to make a third trip on Feb 21 (so they could order & receive the part) I greatly appreciate that the service manager stepped in and ultimately resolved the problem. Mr. Andrews was understanding, patient and the repairs were completed in less than an hour. He listened carefully to legitimate concerns I had regarding the brusque, rushed way my car and myself were handled. I requested a specific mechanic to do the repairs, which he gladly fulfilled. In the end, the repairs were corrected and the situation was handled professionally. Although my experience began on a frustrating note, I am grateful that the manager took responsibility and made sure everything was fixed properly. I hope future customers receive the same level of follow-through from management if any issues arise.
