The atmosphere is not intimidating; it reminded me of a museum, where the carefully curated art pieces, under watchful eye, are allowed to be caressed by the patrons. About three years ago one of the prongs broke. So I kept the old setting as it was so gorgeous. We then had the diamond remounted into a "mommy-friendly" setting. I later decided to remount it to the original setting. While fixing the prong at another company, they chipped the diamond. The other company is replacing the diamond. Problem, we can't find original paperwork. One quick call to White Diamonds this morning, from our home in California, and under five minutes Jesse had solved our problem, she found the original appraisal. We are beyond grateful! Problem solved, the original diamond I get back and a new VVS1 will be replaced in the old setting. Something old with something new, as our journey continues. It all started at White Diamonds!
