Cases of exquisite pieces from Rolex, John Hardy, Forevermark, just to name a few, sparkle and shine throughout the store. The atmosphere is not intimidating; it reminded me of a museum, where the carefully curated art pieces, under watchful eye, are allowed to be caressed by the patrons. During our tour, we were asked if we wanted to try on a Rolex. It was beautiful, rose gold, with diamonds around the face and cost as much as my current vehicle. A girl can dream. A lady in the office who was rude form the start stated they would call to set up a time for service. They never called, one morning a tech just showed up and called from our driveway. I watched and listened to him on our cameras complaining and talking/mumbling about how we weren't home. We were told they would call back to schedule another day. After a week they didn't call, so my wife called in and was instructed that they would call to schedule a day. They did the same thing again calling from our driveway. The service tech was frustrated/annoyed that we were unavailable when I talked to him on the phone. I called into the store and was told I had to speak with the service manager but he was away from his desk. 5 hours later he called back. His name was Gary, who is by far the rudest most unprofessional manager I have ever spoken to. After explaining my frustrations with this process now taking almost three weeks he started talking over top of me and down to me. He would not let me say a word and started to yell at me and then he hung up on me so I called him back and he said to me, "we can do this all night." Asked to speak with the owner and then he told me he was the owner and hung up. Do not go to this place or call them they all have horrible customer service, which is driven and taught by the owner.

We purchased a Whirlpool dryer from Home Depot with the extended service protection plan. We had an…read moreissue with our dryer, called up Home Depot, and they issued out a claim with the service provider being Homemakers Villa. Part of the process was that Homemakers Villa was to call us back to coordinate times they would visit but we had not heard anything from them. My wife decided to call them and ask about the status and to get a better estimate of when they will come provide service because she wanted to get laundry done. What she faced was the most incompetent and rude people in all of the Fargo-Moorhead area. The service rep, Lisa, was getting after my wife because the order they received was not complete. She constantly berated my wife in telling her that everything is all wrong and that it was up to us to figure it out. I could hear the nastiness spewing out the speaker of my wife's phone and I had enough of it. At one point Lisa said to my wife, "it just says concession on this. What are we supposed to be consesshing?" Wow....just wow. I then spoke with the manager, Gary, who proceeded to tell me that it's not their job to qualify and validate their order and it was up to me and my wife to go back and get everything squared away. Mind you, they never told us what actually needed to happen. They were hostile and rude and straight up said that "big box stores screw up everything." I informed Gary that I will suggest Home Depot remove them from their service provider list and he said that is fine. Apparently they don't care about their clientele. They don't care about the work that they do. They don't care to do what is needed, let alone go an extra mile. How in the HELL would I EVER trust a company like that to perform any sort of service? In my 20+ years being in or around retail, I've never experience such a terrible experience. If you have to have services provided by this company, do yourself a favor. Call wherever issued the service provider and recommend someone else. Otherwise you are going to be dealing with a situation that is going to make you frustrated and angry. It's remarkable that a company like this still exists in the FM area.

Usually wiggling the cable got it to work, but it was progressively getting worse. We decided to take it in to get the charge port replaced. It would be a simple straight forward cost effective repair. The phone was in perfect working condition otherwise. They gave us a discount to replace the battery while the phone was open and we went with it. Got the phone back the same day and everything was working great. They did not comment on the condition of the phone. We simply paid and were on our way. 3 days later the phone stopped charging all together. IT DIED AND WOULD NOT TURN BACK ON. We took it back in for batteries plus to "warranty their work." They took it apart and put new charging components in it and the phone would not even turn on. Mind you before they touched it the phone was functioning except the intermittent charge issue, NOW THE PHONE WAS DEAD IN THE WATER. They said sorry nothing we can do about it. We were furious because the phone was fine before they touched it. Now it wouldn't work at all. They still expected us to pay for labor. I negotiated with the manager heatedly and he refunded us for all labor costs from both days. He was unwilling to warranty the phone and apply money towards us getting a new one. Their contract does mention this. This is where the story gets interesting. The manager claimed that the phone had "corrosion" inside of it. The "corrosion" was the cause of the phone suddenly not working. We demanded to see pictures of the corrosion and they emailed them to us. It seemed like a fishy story. To me it sounded like they broke our phone and were not going to take responsibility for it. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and took our now ruined phone home and had to buy another one out of pocket since they would not warranty their work. We had a non functioning Iphone laying around at home and decided to let our son take it apart for fun. As he took it apart we NOTICED NOT ONE SINGLE SPEC OF CORROSION INSIDE THE PHONE. THEY LIED TO US OUTRIGHT. We were furious and filed a case with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB reached out the batteries plus. Batteries plus never responded since they are not BBB accredited. We gave them the benefit of the doubt since the phone was older, but well maintained. We had a functioning Iphone with intermittent charge issues before they touched it. It was 100% dead after they touched it. They claimed corrosion and showed us pictures of the corrosion. Our actual phone had NO CORROSION inside it. At the beginning of the deal we handed them a functioning phone and they handed us back a broken one. You Decide. Wish I would have kept all the pictures. BE WARNED. NEVER AGAIN
