Gunderson's Jewelers just opened up in Fargo. We went in for a little window shopping and spent a good amount of time here and were deeply impressed with the customer service afforded even those of us who are only window shoppers. Cases of exquisite pieces from Rolex, John Hardy, Forevermark, just to name a few, sparkle and shine throughout the store. The atmosphere is not intimidating; it reminded me of a museum, where the carefully curated art pieces, under watchful eye, are allowed to be caressed by the patrons. During our tour, we were asked if we wanted to try on a Rolex. It was beautiful, rose gold, with diamonds around the face and cost as much as my current vehicle. A girl can dream. Overall, top notch service, lovely space, kind to look-y loos.... and they offer complementary jewelry cleaning, coffee, and customer service that makes you remember the name Gunderson's Jewelers. read more

I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent purchase from Gunderson's Jewelers' online store. I recently purchased a limited edition Seiko Prospex watch for $3,100. Despite the premium price, the item I received was clearly a display model. It arrived without the original hang tags or the protective stickers standard for a high-end timepiece. When I contacted customer service, I was directed to a web developer who denied these facts and claimed that all watches are shipped in this condition. This lack of professional expertise and refusal to acknowledge the item's condition is unacceptable for a luxury retailer. Due to this lack of quality control and inadequate customer support, I will be advising others to seek alternative retailers for significant jewelry or watch purchases. read more

A couple who got married last winter recommended Gunderson's to my girlfriend and I for our engagement/wedding rings, and they did not disappoint. Erin was fantastic: friendly, timely, communicated clearly, and I never felt pressure to buy any one ring. The initial meeting was very informational and helped me feel confident in what ring to pick out. Over all it's been a joy to work with Gunderson's and if I (or my fiancé) have any other jewelry needs, we'll be coming here. read more

Place made me and my boyfriend feel like criminals. Just cause I'm a woman of color and not wearing fancy clothes don't mean I don't have money. We were serious about getting something but like a guy had to follow us even when we were being helped by some lady and he even hovered over her shoulder! Would not recommend this place. Not very friendly/heart warming to make me want to spend my life long investment money there. Also the owner acknowledged everyone else who have did a google review but mine. Not even a sorry. Makes me think the Owner accepts this behavior. Will pass this along until this gets resolved.UPDATE:even tho I have a witness they told me I lied about this and never even talked to me to see what happened and tried to shame me. Will be taking legal actions. Even their cameras can't LIE. read more
