When I contacted customer service, I was directed to a web developer who denied these facts and claimed that all watches are shipped in this condition. This lack of professional expertise and refusal to acknowledge the item's condition is unacceptable for a luxury retailer. Personally, I don't know which is worse. I drove the 3.5 hours to Edina, MN to have it sized at Tiffany's. I will never go there again.

About three years ago one of the prongs broke. So I kept the old setting as it was so gorgeous. We then had the diamond remounted into a "mommy-friendly" setting. I later decided to remount it to the original setting. While fixing the prong at another company, they chipped the diamond. The other company is replacing the diamond. Problem, we can't find original paperwork. One quick call to White Diamonds this morning, from our home in California, and under five minutes Jesse had solved our problem, she found the original appraisal. We are beyond grateful!
