They said they can't do anything until their manager show up. Once I got a hold of their Manager he said he won't be able to do anything till Tuesday and even then he said they've never done a return in the 3 years he's worked there. So then I said, well if that's the case would I just have to possibly do small claims? He then went off and told me they will never return my calls and that they are putting me on their wall of shame. The receipts even say and stickers say sterling on them.
