They said they can't do anything until their manager show up. Once I got a hold of their Manager he said he won't be able to do anything till Tuesday and even then he said they've never done a return in the 3 years he's worked there. So then I said, well if that's the case would I just have to possibly do small claims? He then went off and told me they will never return my calls and that they are putting me on their wall of shame. The receipts even say and stickers say sterling on them. It was pointing at me. No one was removing it. I switched lanes to another register to get out of the way if it happened to go off. Guns scare me. I want nothing to do with them. So I was told to go to the other lane. I reluctantly went back to that register. The guy picked it up while it was pointing at me and then removes it. Not going back there again.
