Nice, open layout with a diverse polish rack. Pedicure area is segregated from the main salon and I was greeted promptly upon arrival. There's no formal sign in process, but after a 10 min wait (as a walk in) I was called back. It all went a bit downhill from there. I've had full acrylic sets removed before - and mine was a bit old, so it was time for a replacement - but I've never bled during the process. By the time the girl had gotten my set off 2 of my nails were bleeding and another 2 were tender to the touch... And both hands looked like the top layer of nail had been pulled off. The new set went on okay - with some of the thinnest acrylic I've ever had applied - although they didn't clean underneath adequately. Polish was competently applied, but the only curing option is UV - and I loathe those lights - so my fingers aren't exactly happy at the moment. It was $31 for removal, new set and polish. Even so, I'll not be returning... Though to be fair it seemed like other girls were having a good time getting theirs done. read more

I made an appointment and then showed up 5 mins before my due time. The one girl working was busy with another nail client and told me to have a seat. I waited 15 minutes and finally stood and said I wasn't waiting any longer and that I had made an appointment. The girl said sorry as I walked out the door. I dont understand a business not respecting a client who makes an appointment and then shows up on time for said appointment. I felt disrespected and so will not be returning. read more

I had a gel manicure 2-3 weeks ago that was great. That was my first gel application. I called for an appointment and was told I could come right in. They were busy, but everything seemed ok. My old gel was taken off. Good and fine. Scraped off, cuticles trimmed. Fine. New gel applied, put under the lights. Hurts like the dickens. They say I'm weird, no one thinks it hurts. Ok. Gel polish applied, three coats? Plus clear coat. Under the painful UV light. Multiple nails don't have full coverage. Both pinkies have some bumps that will surely chip in the next few days. Sloppy polish application means I'm trying to scrape off around all my cuticles. read more

The color I chose was not what I expected. The guy who was doing my nails was nice but he was being very bossy and it made me uncomfortable. He took a very long time but my nails still came out looking OK. Definitely do not recommend. read more

First nail salon I went to after moving to Fargo. I was in need of a mani-pedi and kept driving by the their local every day to and from work, so I decided to give them a try. I did a walk in. I don't know if the nail tech was hungry and just wanted to go to lunch or what.. I have never been so rushed when getting my nails done as I was that day. I always get shellac on finger nails and it didn't even last a week before it was peeling off, not chipping but peeling. From past experiences my shellac manicure usually lasts 2-3 weeks. I had no polish on either my fingers or toes at the time I went in. read more

They definitely accept credit cards. I got a gel manicure that turned out great and a pedicure with a gel top coat. Great work, friendly and overall wonderful. They talked me out of the gel pedicure into just the gel top coat because it would last just as long, take less time and be cheaper. I agreed and it was all of those things, except durable. It started noticeably chipping in 4 days. If you don't let them talk you out of what you want they are great though! read more

Went in for a full set acrylic with a friend. He used the same tools on me as he did on her and went back and forth. I also had to have my nails taken off within a couple of days because I ended up with an infection under the nail due to the fact they were not properly done. read more

Excellent service and always quick to get you in even if you're a walk-in A fill runs $18.00 and a new set of nails is $26 Pedicures are great and they are good quality. They accept credit cards as well and if you're not satisfied you can come back the next day and they'll correct any issues if you have them. read more

Only nail salon Il go to anymore! Always clean, always professional, and they do AMAZING work. I get ingrown toenails very easily and they're always very careful and make it so I don't get them. My daughter just came home after spending $72 for a manicure and pedicure. Her feet were soaked for five minutes and nailed painted her cuticles were not done, her dead skin was not removed literally nothing thin was done to her hands or fees for $72.00. She was quarter a different price and charged a much higher price. This place is a total rip off and I will be reporting to the better business bureau. read more

Other reviews I've seen for Fantasy Nails say they do not accept credit cards, but that was 4 years ago, and they definitely accept them now. They have great prices and my acrylic nails turned out great. No problems whatsoever. read more
