Very disappointed in this company. Had them come out to my house and quote me for windows. Although they gave me a reasonable price I asked for a certain window to properly protect from the elements as I live in the mountains. From the beginning the project managers and installers had no communication. I had to personally reach out to both parties to make sure the job was done correctly. Windows and doors were not properly installed as no flashing was placed until I had to ask for it and was told "I was not quoted for that" although contract states clear as day it would be "up to code". When I did get the flashing on the windows and sliding doors it was slapped on with no care. Communication was poor. I am very upset and having professionals to come and repair their work read more

I am in the process of having an exterior paint job done at my home. I signed the contract with Jeff on Oct. 17th. My neighbor who lives around the corner from me,Ron Russo, his house came out beautiful and this is why I called this company. They did his work. On Oct. 18th, Charlie came out so I could tell him what colors I wanted. Jeff already knew the fascia board damage, and exterior that was way over due on my home. They sent a crew out run by a Manuel and Rudy. Rudy no longer comes so primarily it is Manuel. They started on October 22nd. They have come a couple of days a week. The first day was a full crew, the next few days they have shown up has been two to three men. I don't know what days they are coming and I've put off all appts. to stay here at home to unlock gates, if they need anything, have any questions and lock up when they leave. My fascia boards were so bad, I kept asking Manuel when would they be repaired. On November 14th these men show and a full crew again. There is much more to this but I'm going to wait for the results to give every detail. I've been happy with some of the repairs but Manuel was against the idea of my paint color and it's been changed. He said he could not do what I wanted.I tried calling Jeff the salesperson and no return call as of yet. I have tried calling their main office. Still waiting to hear from them. Something doesn't seem right here with what has been going on. I have to wonder if its because I am a single woman that I am getting no call back and feel a bit taken advantage of. They left their equipment here since and was never asked if they could leave it here.I will post pictures later and also will let who ever is reading this to know the outcome if they are searching for a contractor. This guy Micah passed three very clear NO SOLICITING/DO NOT DISTURB signs and rang the bell, bothering dogs and sleeping residents. Recently had them come out and replace my windows, sliding glass door and add insulation to my exterior walls. Marcus and Jaime were great doing the windows, quick and efficient. So I'll start my review by saying I was unsure about this company. I found out about them because someone came knocking on my door offering their services. I had already looked into getting new windows but decided I could not afford to replace them at this time. On a whim I scheduled an appointment with a sales representative just for a quote. Jeff came to my home and was able to match my previous quote with upgraded windows and a great financing plan, making it affordable for me. Not only was I able to get new windows, I will also be receiving a pergola for my patio. My windows were finished today and I couldn't be happier. The quality is amazing and I instantly noticed a huge improvement in the noise reduction. My windows were completed in two days by leads Charlie Mora and Jaime Macias with the help of Marcus and Larry. The guys were very thorough, professional and all around great! This is a very professional company. Johnny came to the house in PPE gear and spent several hours with us explaining the windows to us in great detail. Top quality product and a very good value. Because they are custom made to fit, it took several weeks from order to installation, but these windows were worth the wait. Company is a total joke. From start to end it was non stop stress and worry. The day they started my tear off the only did my house and not my patio or garage. They claimed they accidentally switched the orders on the wrong house. After the tear off they left nails and shingles everywhere. My dog even ended up with a nail in his mouth. Then they had one guy come and put the roof on and not a crew. It took him about a week all by himself. My patio cover always leaked and that was a big concern. The wood was warped and should have been replaced. They just put the roofing over it and called it a day. It even lifted the plywood off of the beams on my patio. I sent pictures and they said it was inspected and signed off so their job was done. I did not sign off so they immediately sent me a lien on my property letter. They did a half ass job and didn't even finish but yet they are trying to put a lien on my property. Never ever use this company no matter how bad you need something done on your home. read more
