We had our roof replaced. We chose the Night Sky color with the 50-year warranty shingles. The shingles look absolutely beautiful with high-quality workmanship. Having the peace of mind knowing that, your roof will last years to come is priceless. So, it's a true value for the price you pay. The team of Tyler, Jeff, Hector, Toby and Cristian worked really hard and got the job done. read more

Very disappointed in this company. Had them come out to my house and quote me for windows. Although they gave me a reasonable price I asked for a certain window to properly protect from the elements as I live in the mountains. From the beginning the project managers and installers had no communication. I had to personally reach out to both parties to make sure the job was done correctly. Windows and doors were not properly installed as no flashing was placed until I had to ask for it and was told "I was not quoted for that" although contract states clear as day it would be "up to code". When I did get the flashing on the windows and sliding doors it was slapped on with no care. Communication was poor. I am very upset and having professionals to come and repair their work read more

Had Tyler out to my house for a patio cover estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable. I was concerned about my HOA but Charlie took care of the drawings and any questions I had. The install crew confirmed layout with me before install. Pretty sure they left my backyard cleaner than it was before they got there lol. read more

I gave Tyler a call and he came to my house and provided an estimate for roofing service. He got saved me money by informing me about qualifying for the available county sponsored programs. I didn't expect to qualify but was actually able to. He was also informative about the process. They got right to work and informed me I only had to be patient for the short delay period to be completed. The job was finished appropriately and on time! read more

Alan with marketing, Ozzy and the install team, and everyone else I dealt with in the process of having my 9 windows installed on my historic home were great. The longest wait was for the manufacturing process of the windows (they were custom), which was around 3 months. The installation took about a day, and the results exceeded my expectations for the project, and made the wait well worth it. Given the opportunity, I'll be using Help Your Home California with my additional window replacements. read more

Bathroom Remodel This is my second time using Help Your Home. Almost a year ago I had a cool roof installed. I had such a great experience I decided to have them update my bathroom. I am in the process of having an exterior paint job done at my home. I signed the contract with Jeff on Oct. 17th. My neighbor who lives around the corner from me,Ron Russo, his house came out beautiful and this is why I called this company. They did his work. On Oct. 18th, Charlie came out so I could tell him what colors I wanted. Jeff already knew the fascia board damage, and exterior that was way over due on my home. They sent a crew out run by a Manuel and Rudy. Rudy no longer comes so primarily it is Manuel. They started on October 22nd. They have come a couple of days a week. The first day was a full crew, the next few days they have shown up has been two to three men. I don't know what days they are coming and I've put off all appts. to stay here at home to unlock gates, if they need anything, have any questions and lock up when they leave. My fascia boards were so bad, I kept asking Manuel when would they be repaired. On November 14th these men show and a full crew again. There is much more to this but I'm going to wait for the results to give every detail. I've been happy with some of the repairs but Manuel was against the idea of my paint color and it's been changed. He said he could not do what I wanted.I tried calling Jeff the salesperson and no return call as of yet. I have tried calling their main office. Still waiting to hear from them. Something doesn't seem right here with what has been going on. I have to wonder if its because I am a single woman that I am getting no call back and feel a bit taken advantage of. They left their equipment here since and was never asked if they could leave it here.I will post pictures later and also will let who ever is reading this to know the outcome if they are searching for a contractor. I will also change the star rating when this job is complete if applicable. T The fascia boards were done on the 14th of this month. It is a disaster. read more

I had thirty-one windows installed in my home and they look wonderful! The company uses Anlin Windows that are a little pricier, but well worth the money. Ozzie, the lead installer surpassed my expectations. He was punctual, professional, and paid close attention to every detail. I am very impressed with the high standards that he set for himself and the quality of his and his teammates' work. I highly recommend Help Your Home California for the great window installation team that they have. Job well done! read more

Tyler came over to my house to give me an estimate on my patio cover and windows, he explained everything so well and helped me with so much. He even helped get some of the county sponsor programs to qualify for cheaper rates and prices. I hardly qualify for anything so it was surprising to see. There was a small delay.. but they expressed to me they were on it, it was all a matter of patience nonetheless the job was done appropriately and within time frame! :-) read more

I had gotten so many outrageous quotes to redo my roof that I just about gave up, thinking all roofers were greedy, lying con artists. Then, along came Help Your Home California and from the very first contact, I knew they were different. They listened, they explained, they offered several solutions and made sure I understood and was comfortable with every step of the process. Alan, Charlie, Jonathan, Steven and the whole crew were fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, obviously experienced and respectful of my property. I love my new roof, I am impressed with the quality and workmanship and could not recommend them higher. They made the entire process easy, painless and worry free. And they do so much more than just roofs, I can't wait to have them come back and paint my house! They will definitely be my first and, no doubt, my only choice for my next home-repair project. Would never do business with a company that sends people to ring your doorbell. This guy Micah passed three very clear NO SOLICITING/DO NOT DISTURB signs and rang the bell, bothering dogs and sleeping residents. Could have quietly left a flier and split, but no, had to disturb everybody because he cannot read or does not care. read more

Recently had them come out and replace my windows, sliding glass door and add insulation to my exterior walls. Marcus and Jaime were great doing the windows, quick and efficient. Anthony's team who did the insulation were amazingly quick, in and out in 4 hours. They matched the stucco and paint on the house perfectly. read more

I can not get a hold of anybody. My window order is going on 3 + months. Customer service is very poor.

So I'll start my review by saying I was unsure about this company. I found out about them because someone came knocking on my door offering their services. I had already looked into getting new windows but decided I could not afford to replace them at this time. On a whim I scheduled an appointment with a sales representative just for a quote. Jeff came to my home and was able to match my previous quote with upgraded windows and a great financing plan, making it affordable for me. Not only was I able to get new windows, I will also be receiving a pergola for my patio. My windows were finished today and I couldn't be happier. The quality is amazing and I instantly noticed a huge improvement in the noise reduction. My windows were completed in two days by leads Charlie Mora and Jaime Macias with the help of Marcus and Larry. The guys were very thorough, professional and all around great! I can't say enough about how helpful they have all been and will recommend them to everyone I can. read more

This is a very professional company. Johnny came to the house in PPE gear and spent several hours with us explaining the windows to us in great detail. Top quality product and a very good value. Because they are custom made to fit, it took several weeks from order to installation, but these windows were worth the wait. The installer Miguel (also in PPE gear), did a great job, and he couldn't have been more friendly. Overall great experience and we highly recommend! Thanks so much! read more

Company is a total joke. From start to end it was non stop stress and worry. The day they started my tear off the only did my house and not my patio or garage. They claimed they accidentally switched the orders on the wrong house. After the tear off they left nails and shingles everywhere. My dog even ended up with a nail in his mouth. Then they had one guy come and put the roof on and not a crew. It took him about a week all by himself. My patio cover always leaked and that was a big concern. The wood was warped and should have been replaced. They just put the roofing over it and called it a day. It even lifted the plywood off of the beams on my patio. I sent pictures and they said it was inspected and signed off so their job was done. I did not sign off so they immediately sent me a lien on my property letter. They did a half ass job and didn't even finish but yet they are trying to put a lien on my property. Never ever use this company no matter how bad you need something done on your home. read more
