Wow. I'm surprised at these one-star reviews I'm seeing. My tech was great. My computer (MacBookPro) was revving and locking up; I'd get the spinning wheel of WAIT FOREVER when I opened Facebook or any site with multiple links, videos, etc. (More serious than it sounds as I'm a writer and I need to be on FB and some of these other sites for work.) Turns out I needed to switch from Safari to Chrome, clean up some files, install some updates. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He was nice to my kids and didn't make me feel like an idiot. And my computer is flying fast now ... back to being my friend instead of my foe. Very happy, and $99 was a great deal for what I got. read more

Hank G. was my tech, absolutely amazing job! Hank was on time, professional and incredibly courteous. He diagnosed the issues with my Ring Pro doorbell not power on and used a creative work around to get it powered! He was able to leverage the transformer in my houses intercom system to power the doorbell allowing me to send back the transformer I purchased for it. Even after all the troubleshooting and workaround effort to get the doorbell operational, Hank then took the time to show us how the application works and how to setup motion zones etc. I would highly recommend Hank to anyone needed smart home help. read more

I have some very complicated and old stereo, dvd, tv etc. that several people who I asked to hook up my system, tried and failed. I called Hello Tech, scheduled an appointment, and was at first skeptical that for $99 guaranteed hookup of my system, or no charge that this was going to be "real". It was REAL. My tech, Scott, texted me when he was on his way. He was professional appearing, knowledgeable, and friendly. And within 1 hour hooked up my equipment and showed me how to go back and forth from dvd - cd - tv -.... I was impressed. I would definitely recommend Scott and would use him again. read more

John Pellegrino was a phenomenal "geek" he reached out on several occasions to get a detailed description about my problem as well as kept me updated when on his way. Upon arrival John was very friendly with my whole entire staff greeting and introducing himself very high energy, knowledgeable and very like-able. The best IT guy I have come across so far. He was determined to solve all of my IT issues and didn't leave my building until he delivered that full service. My laptop was fixed remotely by a HelloTech technician and I watched most of what he was doing. It looked to me like he really knew what to do. I was concerned that I had a really bad virus that had disabled my laptop, but it turned out to be a few smaller, but nasty invaders. I now have malware and ad block software on my computer, which I'm very happy about. This was a great service and reasonably priced. Truong was on time and was very very helpful with the install and any questions we had. Come to find out the mount was missing bolts put in to make it stable that another company had forgotten and the thing was lose. I called Hello Tech on a Wednesday and was able to get an appointment for Saturday. Nick texted and called to confirm and showed up when he said he would. He was very friendly and easy to work with and hooked up our sound bar and reprogrammed our universal remote and the sound is a 1000% improvement. We are very happy with the service and would definitely use them again. read more
