Wonderful food and great interaction. Owner is friendly. Take your dogs. He gives out dog treats. Brie and Prosciutto sandwich is great. Chicken Waffle is also good.

Oh my! This may be our new spot for lazy Sundays at home! We obviously used UberEats but will definitely have to go for brunch one of these days. The waffles were nice, fluffy, and so yummy!

You had me at Hello Waffle Cart! The waffles I had here were so good I had to come back for more! On my first visit, I tried their Caramel Apple Pie Waffle which is a waffle topped with apple pie filling, crunchy almond granola topping, caramel, and whipped cream - yum so good! I also tried their Nutella + Banana Waffle and that was just as good! Both waffles can be found on their sweet menu. Along with the sweet waffles that they make, they also have savory waffles! During my second visit, I had their Maple + Banana + Bacon Waffle which was delicious! It's basically a waffle with bacon cooked inside, fresh banana slices on top, and syrup on the side. Wow, that was mighty good and satisfied both my sweet and savory cravings! I'll be ordering that again for sure! You can drive up on either side of Hello Waffle Cart to place an order or call ahead for a quick pick-up. They've got a yummy selection of waffles to choose from along with hot and cold beverages. As for the people that work here, they're all super friendly and welcoming. Everything is pretty much made to order and surprisingly ready in no time! I must say, my second visit was just as good as my first and I look forward to many more visits in the future since my family lives nearby this cute little cart. Thanks, Hello Waffle!

After a few miles at Lacamas park, decided to look up a place to eat. Hello Waffle Cart was right down the street and is open 7a-2p. This is a one person ran stand - the guy working was super nice, didn't catch his name :( There's a lot of options for waffles and I was surprised! Got the chicken waffle & a lavender lemonade. The waffle was fluffy and crisp. The syrup wasn't overly sweet. The fried chicken resembled the style of chicken when you get chicken friend chicken. All together it was really good! The lemonade was very refreshing and hit the spot. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area!

Visited the Hello Waffle Cart for breakfast this morning and was not disappointed! You just drive on up to order and it's fairly quick! The staff were friendly as well. Appears to be some outdoor seating if you'd like to enjoy your waffle there! The waffles were both super yummy and filling. The fruit was freshly cut and there was a generous serving of it. The whipped cream must've been homemade as it was super fluffy and perfectly sweet! For the price, you sure do get a lot Would love to try their Lavender Lemonade next time!

I first came here in June when I was in town for a couple of days and had the waffle with fresh fruit. This time I had the sausage waffle with sausage gravy on top. Loved both of them! They have other great sounding options so it's hard to decide! Next time I'm in the area I'll definitely be stopping to try another variety! Very friendly service & just a great place to get something quick for breakfast or lunch that isn't a fast food chain! It is a drive up only, no seating, but great food!

Great food and a great variety of waffle dishes. Owner is super friendly and has great hours for the early risers. Two locations, one in Camas and one on about 136th & NE Fourth Plain Blvd(North side)

This place is so incredible. Absolutely 100/10 stars, Will who runs the Hello Waffle is so nice and it's always a joy talking to him when we go through to get waffles. And oh my gosh, the waffles are insane. I've tried almost all of them and they are all amazing, incredible, iconic, showstopping. Cannot recommend this place enough.

There is plenty of seating there and It looked like there was a space for live music and string lights - probably a fun spot to grab dinner in the evening. We came for lunch and ordered the chao mian with chicken (spicy) and bian bian noodles (spicy). The noodles are cooked to order and we were served quickly. The serving sizes are huge. Neither one of us could finish ours. We'll likely order one dish to split next time, and that'd still probably be more than enough. The flavor of the chao mian was a bit lackluster. It was savory with a soy sauce flavor base, but got a bit repetitive with each bite. It was decently spicy and texture was there with the veggies, but I wish there was a way to customize with more spice or vinegar to taste. The bian bian noodles were more flavorful and also spicier. Fun noodle texture. There are also other vendors in the garden so you can pair a dessert, drink, or side with your meal while staying in the same area. Overall, a filling meal for a good price! Would come again to try their beef noodle soup.

Let's get into it. Right off I-205 and just a short cruise up into Happy Valley, this spot feels like the food cart scene finally put on a clean shirt and got its life together. It's modern, it's polished, and it sits in a neighborhood where you don't feel like you need to keep your head on a swivel. No chaos, no nonsense just good eats and a relaxed vibe. What makes this place stand out? Options. A ridiculous amount of them. This isn't a "hope everyone agrees on tacos" situation. This is a "you get what you want, I get what I want, and we all win" kind of place. I've officially made it my mission few days left to try as many carts as humanly possible. Call it a food tour, call it a personal challenge, call it reckless ambition... I'm doing it anyway. We kicked things off at K-Pop Korean Hawaiian BBQ-because when you roll with a buddy from Hawaii, that's basically law. And let me tell you, it delivers. Bold flavors, solid portions, and that perfect fusion vibe that just works. Honestly, it set the bar high and that's saying something, because every cart here seems to bring their A-game. The setup is dialed in too. Covered seating for those rainy Oregon days, indoor space when winter decides to show up with attitude, and open-air areas when you want to sip a little wine or knock back a cold brew like a civilized adult. Surrounded by trees and mountain views, it almost tricks you into thinking you planned something outdoorsy... when really, you just came to eat. And here's the kicker it's clean. Like, noticeably clean. The carts look new, the area is well kept, and the whole place feels intentional. Not slapped together. Not gritty. This is food carting with standards. If you're local, you already know. If you're passing through, put this at the top of your list. And if you're doing a full-on food truck tour? Start here. Set the tone right. Because trust me after this, when you head back downtown and start dodging zombies and chaos... you'll miss this place real quick.

Love me some Happy Valley Station!…read more This is like the upscale farmers market of food carts- park your car, enjoy the landscaping, and check it all out. Dog friendly, Kid friendly, 100-year old friendly. Lots of clean and tidy indoor and outdoor cafeteria-style seating to choose from. Carts are covered from the rain, but outside. Beer and Espresso served and paid for inside. Restrooms are accessible and inside. Carts will give you a buzzer to notify you when the order is ready, so you can go walk around or find a seat while you wait. It was very busy this particular day, but no problem, all the carts seemed to be prepared for that! Just a lot of friendly faces who understood we needed to drool over all the menus before arriving somewhere. We landed on Premier Japanese Hibachi and loved all the flavor. Some of the freshest shrimp and yakisoba I have ever had. We also had the grilled shrimp and steak. TIP: don't forget to ask how you want your steak because it is made to order! The sauces on the side were perfect for dipping and sharing. Unfortunately, the portions did feel small for $18 a plate. Also, how to order water with your meal was confusing- another worker said just go inside. Eventually I saw signs that water is free with purchase or $1, but you would think it would be obvious. Overall, Premier Japanese Hibachi and everything else was a hit, 10/10, TY!

I knew that the next time I came to visit Portland I was going to have Mama Chow's again. It's been almost six years since I tried Mama Chow's for the first time and there's always that anxiety of wondering if the food is as good as the memory was since so much time has passed. I can confirm that the food was just as good as the last time I had it. I arrived a little after 12pm and Jeff Chow helped us. He was so nice about explaining the items on the menu to my partner, saying happy new year to us, and making us feel welcoming because we were his first customers of the day. I ordered the chicken wings with garlic noodles and it didn't disappoint. So much flavor in the garlic noodles and the sauce that comes with it. The fried chicken was amazing as well with the right amount of flavor and crunch on the outside and tenderness on the inside.
