The two girls working were so so nice and did a good job at explaining everything to us and helping us! I did a resin phone case and it came out so so cute. Such a fun activity to do, they have many different things you can paint and decorate! highly recommend. read more

They had such a large selection of items to decorate as well as decorations. Very accommodating to us despite having very rambunctious children. The whole time they were so kind and apologetic. Over all an amazing experience and I will definitely go again read more

I was so excited to come here because I saw it on tiktok but since since it grew in popularity they didn't have mine or my boyfriends phone case. I wish we could've checked ahead of time if they had our cases before we made the drive from LA. read more

I really like this store, it was so adorable!! They have variety color of the cream gel, and a lot charms too, so there is a lot of choices. Also when I have questions the employees will always answer me and teach me how to do the project, they were really nice! I want to come again to make more cute project! read more

I went here with my friend today and decided to make phone cases. they didn't elaborate that there was extra charge for certain things. they charged us with studio fee of extra popsicle sticks, tissues, and asking questions without mentioning there would be a fee for this. we also had the option of getting 4 creams, but when we ran out of a color, they just gave another cream of the same color without telling us we would have to pay for it. Not worth the price. read more

Wonderful place to gather friends and have fun! Lots of various activities from painting to sculpting to apparel designing.

I was a few weeks ago I was there . I was treated with disrespect me and my kids were the only Hispanics in the pottery. At one point I asked the worker for a glove to help my kid out she said I would need to pay 10% for any additional items she would give me. It was really unbelievable how they treated us. Never again will we go back. Please think about it before going in there. They honestly don't deserve a rating. read more

super cute and fun activity!! will definitely come back!! i went the other day and had a blast would recommend!

Hello, this is Caca. Caca came to make phone cases with her friends last week and the phone case finally dried. I love it! It is absolutely beautiful and I think my case definitely slayed the house down. My friends' cases are beautiful as well. The owner is very friendly and I promised to give her a review so let me be honest. I really liked my experience. I don't live close to Irvine so it was HELL regarding the traffic coming down there. My friends had told her that I would be late. I came in and she still let me sit with my friends because we had already made an appointment. I was so confused as to what everything is and how to start the phone case. A kind man showed me around the place and helped me get started. I just tend to talk a lot so I asked a lot of questions and he was really patient with me. The owner came by to help me pick my colors since I did the decoden creme instead of resin. I am indecisive so I picked my original colors as purple and blue since I wanted to do a Kuromi themed case, but then I saw this beautiful brown creme and wanted to switch out the purple for the brown creme. The owner had already cut my cremes and prepared them for me so I didn't think she would allow me to change the colors but she was super sweet and changed it for me. She patiently gave me instructions on how to use the creme and came back often to check on us. In my opinion, the owner is really sweet. I can tell that she cares about how the product will last and look after. She was giving me tips on how to pipe the creme. I live far from Irvine so it would be inconvenient for me to come back and pick up my phone case once it has dried so she gave us instructions on how to let it dry because she wanted our cases to turn out good. She told me the creme takes about 5 days to dry. Mine took a little bit longer and it is now day 7 but this is totally understandable because my case is bulky. I have seen complaints about the price on the reviews. If you do come here, please note that a tip is included in your total. My phone case came out to about $46. It is pretty pricey, but in my opinion, you are paying for the experience. The materials are not cheap and I am sure the space is definitely not cheap either. It was a nice experience to have with my friends and definitely a fun memory so in my book, it is worth the price. The setting was calming and nice; overall, Caca had a good experience here and hopes to visit again! read more

My friends and I came her for one of our birthdays and unfortunately did not have a good experience. 1) customer service was terrible. When picking colors the employee was blunt and rude. In addition, she wiped off our color choices from the pallet so when we needed refills of paint we had to guess which colors we originally picked to keep the same colors. 2) when paying for our pottery, the worker was unaware of what the prices were of each item. She almost over charged us for our items and if we hadn't noticed it would not have been corrected. 3) when picking up the items over a week later, one of our pieces was not ready and we were told it would be ready the following day. We came back the next day close to closing time and the item still was not ready. Very disappointing. 4) the overall worst part was the pricing. I painted a small mug and my total between the price of the piece and service charge was over $50! In addition, it was not explained that a percentage is taken for gratitude and my friend tipped on top of the service charge without being aware that gratitude is added. Overall, I hope that this establishment becomes more organized and creates better customer relations. read more

This place is really cute and the workers are really nice however it does have a lot of flaws. Me and my friend decided to go here after seeing multiple tiktoks about their phone cases. When we got there they told us they didn't have our phone case sizes despite it saying online that they did. We ended up using our own phone cases and after letting them dry began using them, quickly they began falling apart. Would definitely not go back and do not recommend to anyone due to the quality read more

My girlfriend and I went here on a Sunday. We spent 2+ hours working on our pieces. Once we was finished the lady had gave us a form to fill out, on the form you put the description of what your piece and the Initials you put under the piece. The lady stated that we can't take them home for least a week. That Friday comes and I get a message stating that my pottery will be ready for pickup on Monday June 26. Monday afternoon I walk into this poorly ran business to collect my order, in which they couldn't not find. The lady there hardly looked for my pieces. I seen one of my pieces sitting on a table and asked if she looked over there, she replied "yes". I told her no you didn't because I see my cup right there. She apologized and began to package up my cup and still trying to figure out where the second piece went. She told me to send a picture of what the missing piece was, which is very dumb because no one told us to take a picture, that's what the description form is for. What if we happened not to take a picture of the item? Luckily my girlfriend did take a picture of hers and I was able to send them the picture. After I sent them a picture of her piece I got a text message saying my order was ready once again. So I go down there for a second time to get the item. And to my dismay, they don't have the piece, we'll not all of it that is. They only had the top half and had no idea where the bottom half was. About 30 mins of trying to figure out where my bottom half of the piece is, I was in formed that the bottom piece was still in the Kiln and will be ready in a few hours, and that the manager will give me a call by the end of the day. Twenty four hours went buy and I've never received a call from the manager, I sent numerous messages to have manager call me and the managers availability just to be ignored. Without responding to my previous messages, they send me a picture telling me my piece is ready to collect, so finally after a 3rd time driving 35 mins one way I got my girlfriends piece. The customer service here is below average, storage management is completely dog poop, No so English speaking was very hard to understand and ask for help when needed. All in all this was the first and last time I come here. Absolutely horrible. Enter at your own risk, Good luck with seller! read more

super cute place, very nice workers and helpful!! wish they had more phones case options, they only have iphone cases.

beautiful!! so easy and fun to do hehe. they had so many fun charms to choose from will be coming again to do more stuff!

my older sibling and I made a reservation for 12pm and we arrived there around 11:55am. it hit 12:10 and no one was there yet and then finally someone came to open the doors. he looked very lost and as if he was called in last minute. he was very nice but did not seem familiar with how to do certain crafts. the front desk girl finally arrived close to 1pm, walked in, didn't say anything to me or my sibling then left. we were trying to do everything on our own and nothing was explained. she came back with 7leaves drinks in her hand, showing she clearly didn't care to be there. lots of charms were out of stock, and on top of all of this, automatic 15% gratuity added onto our bill. will not be returning, honestly just buy ur own decoden charm phone case kit and do it yourself. waste of time and money. read more

I took my beautiful girlfriend to this pottery painting place and we loved it. It was relaxing and therapeutic in a way! I really recommend this place!! 10/10 read more

I went with some friends for the diy phone cases and we were really excited! When we got there and saw the charm selection we were so disappointed there were only a few little boxes that had charms in them I want to say more than half of the charms were all gone. We asked 2 girls to restock them but we were told that that was all they had. We drove out about an hour. we didn't just want to leave so we made it work. They definitely weren't what we wanted but oh well. The instructions were so vague and when the owner came she looked at us almost irritated and said we were doing it wrong and told us to read the instructions. The place was over all very disorganized. We had no idea what to do or how to start. When we were finishing up my friend accidentally dropped her cream phone case one of the girls came and just looked at us irritated and when we asked for a cream bag she just looked at us kind of upset and said it would be an extra charge. When we were about to go I look next to us and the girls at a different table had a bunch of different charms....the ones we asked to restock they had restocked the charms for other customers. Oh and at the end they charge you a 15% service charge. So the case ended up being like 52 dollars. On the menu it was listed as 38. This place has a lot of potential but just needs to be better organized. read more

It was during the Grand Opening that my partner took me here to try out the pottery paintings. I must say the price is too expensive. I got the minimum size, just like your hand's size, and it was like almost $40. A little smaller one was nearly $30. They also added $15 of service fees for each pottery that you paint. You only get 5 painting colors maximum. I don't know because of the sizes or what. They do refill it for you, but like you really can't paint a minimum size with only 5 colors right? Only one employee works there when we came, so it took time for them to get to us and get what we need. Bad customer service. When we first came in, the employee saw us but did not even greet us or told us to wait a moment. She just continued to do whatever she was doing. It took about 5 minutes for her to come and check out our appointment. The employee tends to care most about those who are Chinese and speak Mandarin with them, which made me feel very uncomfortable sitting there and waiting for her to come and help us out. They automatically added 15% tips. I will not be coming back for to waste my money on this again for a bad experience. Not worth it. read more

The process itself with the phone cases went smoothly. However, their customer service could be much better. My partner and I went April 22 to do the DIY Cream Glue phone case. There were two workers, a younger female and an older female. The younger staff member was very understanding and accommodating and even offered us tips to help make our phone case the best it can be. However, the older staff member was incredibly rude. Assuming we did not know how to speak Mandarin, she called my parter an idiot in Mandarin when we asked for assistance on how to use resin. We have never used resin before!! Why was it so difficult to teach a customer when it is your job??? In addition, when we went to the register to pay she overcharged us without an explanation?? We reached out to Hello Pottery through their contact form on their website and have received no response back :// We still have to go back to receive one phone case, but have not yet due to their awful customer service. read more
