Booked and requested a classic fill, received the most spacey and obnoxious lash extensions. I was chatting with her the whole time about how I'm a mom of 3 and never get out to pamper myself and how I was so excited to relax and get a simple wake "up and go" look. Also told her how I had been to a salon before to get my eyebrows done and was disappointed that the brow girl ignored my request for a natural brow and did her own thing, so I ended up with extremely high maintenance brows. She told me after she was finished "I went ahead and did a hybrid, trust me youre going to love them" I DID NOT. I was too flustered to say anything and holding back tears so I tipped her and bolted out the door. I immediately booked an appointment at another salon to get them removed. Steer clear. read more

Went for a hydrafacial and it was done poorly by a girl who made it clear during the facial she's a hairdresser and thats her real passion. it was rushed and ended early. I get them regularly at other places and tried this place bc it's closer to me. I saw none of the results I normally would bc it was so turn and burn there. The place is cute and the receptionist was nice, but for an almost 100 dollar facial I'll go somewhere I can get someone who's passion is skin and they will do a better job. read more

My mom and I had a wonderful time with Devaney. She put hair tinsel in both of our hair. My mom (Dev's grandma) loved everything about the salon. From the decor to the friendly staff. Especially my moms new pal Sandy :) My mom's favorite saying is "Be the person who makes someone smile" and she tested that out on Sandy trying to make her laugh with her silly jokes. I had a laser service a month ago and made the mistake of prepaying for a package, which I tipped on. After I didn't see results from the service, I asked to get my money back for the package that I prepaid for (not a refund on the service I actually had), I had to push to get the money back, was hung up on, AND was told I couldn't get the tip (over $200) that I prepaid for back. Still baffled someone can keep a tip for a service they didn't perform! read more

I went here to get microblading on my eye brows. Told her I had seen some very poor eyebrows done and was nervous. She told me she had done it for 14 years, even showed me a book of clients. Later I realized all pictures were of one eyebrow before and after. My eyebrows were a joke which I have now had to live with, the do not match each other at all. One is lower and longer on the inside then the other,also a higher arch. She tried to fix them and it only got worse. A VERY poor job and they started fading quickly. Post pictures of your work with both eyebrows. My suggestion go somewhere else, it's not something you can wipe off. read more

I hate to leave a negative review like this but I think I should say something. I found a Groupon for prp + microneedling, went in for my appointment, it wasn't what I expected. This was not a PRP + microneedling procedure; blood was not drawn to centrifuge and apply the platelet rich plasma to the face. Rather, it was only microneedling with some topical. When I asked about it, the esthetician explained that 'the needle allows my face to bleed and the blood goes back inside the tiny holes to promote collagen production, and that this is just as effective and that the other PRP technique (drawing blood and centrifuging) has shown to cause adverse effect.' It is my knowledge that PRP technique is a high evidence based procedure that has been proven to work via many scientific studies and literature. But that's not the point of this review. I didn't want to make a big deal that the Groupon was a false advertisement, they didn't use medical grade topical anesthetic cream, nor that the esthetician didn't really know her facts. However, the fact that I've been getting bumps and rashes on both sides of my face that's very itchy since the microneedling procedure does upset me because I so badly wanted to trust the esthetician. Coming out of the place, I told myself that even though there may have been some miscommunication in the procedure that I should've gotten, that what the esthetician did will still be beneficial for my skin. I still wanted to trust the place and the process. Unfortunately, I've been getting mildy severe rashes on my skin since the procedure for 2 days now. I have received microneedling procedures at another clinic previously so I know my skin can handle it if done correctly. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed to say that I wouldn't return or recommend this place. The picture doesn't quite justify how bad the rashes actually appear in person. read more

I found this amazing company through one of my mom friends on FB... looked through their site and found how amazingly easy it was to book! Not only was the booking process user friendly but I had to move my appointment because I double booked my Friday, jumped onto the site clicked to reschedule and boom done with an email confirmation within a minute! Luckily this location is a few mins from my home (I feel super spoiled) but the neighborhood and location was beautiful and easily accessible! I pulled up and saw two boys (adorable by the way) but thought about my own crazy 3 year old and I'm wondering whether it would be relaxing or not! Spoiler .... they were awesome and my time was happy and relaxing ! Was greeted immediately by Danielle and Megan who were so sweet and made you feel at home right away! I have never done a chemical peel or a lash lift & tint so I was a bit nervous! Megan was so sweet and explained the process of what it is, how it works and what I should feel/see!!! Not only was she patient in explaining her process but was super easy to talk to and the conversation flowed freely but was relaxing all at the same time! The products that were being used smelled amazing and felt great! My eye lashes look amazing and my skin feels great! I booked my next appointment for waxing and lashes before I left! Was so excited to find these lovely ladies and am pretty happy to make spoiling myself part of my routine! My appointment was canceled the night prior with insincere apologies because she didn't accept Groupons anymore. She gave excuse after excuse on why not, (Groupons fault, ex employee fault) but none of them were reason enough for a business owner trying to build and grow a company to not take on a new client who had already made arrangements to be there. She was available, she just didn't want to offer the discount anymore. She did offer $25 off but that was still double the price that I paid for the Groupon. Obviously, this review is my sole opinion but it would've been in her benefit to explain the situation and take me on...she potentially lost out on future business as I'm local and interested in much more than just one-time lashes. I'm just no longer interested in doing that with this kind of business woman. read more

Went for the first time to get my lashes done and was so excited. They look absolutely awful. I got the classic hoping it would look somewhat normal but it ended up being exactly what I didn't want. I will never be going back. Not even 2 days later all, after combing them everyday, all my eyelashes are stuck together and clumping and I am just so disappointed. I went here with my friend while she got her eyelashes done for her wedding. She had Meagan as her esthetician and she took really good care of her and her eyelashes turned out beautiful! They esthetician here really know what they are doing and are really friendly. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get theses services done. I got lash extensions and asked for natural lashes, and specified I did not want too much or to be shocked at the end They were applied by a high schooler, not an adult esthetician. When I told her it was much more than I as expecting, and asked if she could please trim them down as I couldn't deal with the sensation of them touching my face under my eyebrow, she told me she didn't know what to tell me, that that's the "classic" and to go home and get used to it. The classic is described in their services as "Enjoy a natural look using a single lash per natural lash. This look is designed to make the lashes look darker not fuller."UPDATE: Within a few days the extensions were stabbing me in the lash line. As this was my first experience, I didn't know if this was typical, so I looked it up. All available results tell me that this is not typical, and is indicative of a poor application. Both eyes are now irritated and being constantly poked by what I assume is the adhesive. Yelp vs Google offer very different reviews of this business.
