I opted to make my appointment over the phone, but there's also an online scheduling option, if that works best for you. Maddy took my call and answered any questions I had, and was sweet and professional to work with. I was also sent a text reminder, which I appreciated and shows that they are interested in using up to date scheduling technology, which is a really good sign. Second, the medspa itself. The entry is around the back of the building, which I imagine is important for anyone wanting to be more discrete. Inside, the space was clean and beautiful - it has a relaxing atmosphere and doesn't feel overly clinical. I was immediately greeted and asked if I wanted a beverage, and then was ushered into a second waiting comfy room to fill out my intact paperwork. The music is typical relaxing spa music and they have it at just the right volume throughout the spa. After I filled out my paperwork, Maddy (who just happened to also be doing my facial!) came in and we talked about some of my skin concerns and goals, she was extremely knowledgeable and also just so sweet and friendly, she put me immediately at ease (this was my first HydraFacial). Next, the treatment itself. First off: the treatment room was a great temperature, no harsh overhead lights, and again that relaxing spa music. I changed into the little robe I was given and settled onto the gloriously warm treatment table. The next 50 minutes were just pure bliss, as Maddy expertly did each step of the Elite HydraFacial. It was much gentler than I had expected, like a tiny vacuum on my face. In between, I believe she was putting different serums on, and she did the red LED light for inflammation and anti aging. It was all just so wonderful and relaxing. Maddy was amazing! Afterwards my skin was as soft as a baby's bum, and it wasn't at all red or blotchy, which also surprised me! I went to lunch immediately afterwards without feeling the least bit self conscious, and in fact felt that "celebrity glow" that's so elusive. I also bought a couple of the products Maddy suggested and am already feeling the difference in my skin. TL;DR - I would absolutely recommend Luxeskin spa, and am looking forward to trying more of their services. Especially if you're looking for a facial to do before a big event like a wedding, the HydraFacial Elite at this medspa is the way to go!

After completing both sessions, I was unhappy with the results and did not feel the treatment was worth the cost or discomfort. I raised my concerns with LaserAway, and Brian from Client Experience responded on March 25, 2023. His recommendation was to purchase additional treatments, with a 25% discount on additional applicators. That was frustrating because I had already completed the number of sessions I was originally told should be appropriate. I responded to Brian on April 5 explaining that I was disappointed with the results and did not plan to purchase more sessions. Danielle was copied on the email. I received no response. On April 11, I had to follow up again and ask whether anyone planned to respond to my previous email. I understand that results from cosmetic treatments can vary. My issue is how the situation was handled. I relied on the recommendation I was given, was unhappy with the outcome, and the solution offered was simply to purchase more treatments. When I explained that I was not interested in spending more money and was dissatisfied with the service, my email went unanswered. Two weeks later and a few days before surgery was scheduled the care team called to reschedule the surgery due to maintenance at the surgical center. The proposed rescheduled date three weeks later was too close to a bucket list travel experience and a refund was requested. It took 6 weeks after the cancelation to get a refund check from Pryor Health after significant follow-up. The John Bull Center operates as part of the Pryor Health network and group. The most disappointing aspect was when a refund check was promised to be available at the Naperville office after 5 weeks, no one called to confirm and then when several follow-up messages were left there was no return calls. An email communication was the only contact for the refund. Pryor Health is not an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, but has other refund issues listed on the BBB website.

They were kind at first and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. I had my reduction in March of 2024. Almost immediately I felt I had an infection on my right breast incision. I kept doctor Bull's assistant Tiffany updated with multiple pictures daily and I was brushed off. Eventually my infection got so bad I went to the ER and my breast quite literally OPENED up and seeped infection. I didn't hear back from Dr. Bulls office for 3 days. I had to go to an infectious disease doctor who then prescribed me an antibiotic but told me I would have to go in for a SECOND surgery to debris the infection. Before my second surgery when I was visibly upset going in for my pre op appointment that I scheduled with their office, per them reaching out, Tiffany and Dr Bull told me I had no appointment, that we would just proceed without any pre lab visits. Oh, he also told me that he had to be careful with how he spoke to me because I get emotional. This is just skimming the surface of my experience. 0/10 would NOT recommend. Its like cash either you can use it against facial or against buying any product. In case you won't want to get facial any month, it accumulates and you'll not lose the monthly charge. Then they have $159 per month which will give you a facial every month and you get 20% discount on the products. I also feel bad that people are having a hard time in current environment). I called back after I got home and reassessed the results to question the incompleteness of the service (she missed my left cheek!) and was transferred to same rushed tech who implied it was my fault for not checking more thoroughly prior to leaving (again- it was a new procedure for me, so wasn't exactly sure what to look for or expect). She offered to correct the issue by having me drive 45 the next day to another location in Darien where she was scheduled and had an opening. No apologies. The resulting glow and improved tone was fantastic each time. They don't do all the new-agey music and massage stuff like you'd find in a standard spa - it's more like going to a really beautiful doctor's office where all the employees have flawless skin - but they treat you well and there's no haste. If you need something a little more intense, the doctors next door are fantastic. In my various dealings with the DuPage Medical Group dermatology department, I've seen Dr. Bhatia, Dr. Hsu and Dr. Tung - trained at Northwestern, they'll nip or tuck you, or remove skin cancers with minimal scarring. Mesotherapy, liposuction, lifts, Mohs surgery, and so forth. They're all very young and cool, yet smart and professional, and yes: they all have great skin. They also have locations in Wheaton and Hinsdale.

I listen very carefully when being told about how many treatments for what amount of money. I was very much mislead at minimum. I had someone call me from their main IL office and thought they understood my displeasure with your employees misleading people on how many treatments for what price. I thank God everyday for only 3 painful treatments as these treatments did damage to the elasticity of my skin on my face. I wouldn't had horrible treatments and of course would never have the way overpriced damaging treatments.
