The nurse claimed there was a note on my profile stating I requested the fan be turned off--which is completely inaccurate. I never made that request. I also purchased an expensive package under the impression of full hair removal, but I have not seen the results promised. When I raised concerns, I was told I would likely need to purchase additional sessions and that the treatment only removes about 80% of hair--something that was never clearly explained upfront. I requested documentation of what I signed and asked to speak with a manager. After multiple requests over several weeks, I received no response. When I finally spoke with the district manager, Jocelyn, she repeatedly spoke over me. When I mentioned recording the call (as your system states calls may be recorded), she claimed she had never heard of calls being recorded in her 5 years with the company and hung up on me. Shortly after, I received a call from someone on the "care team" who confirmed that calls are in fact recorded, directly contradicting her. When I pointed this out, he avoided addressing it. I was also told the employee who sold me the package is no longer with the company, so they cannot verify what was promised--which is unacceptable. At this point, I requested a refund. Instead, I was told I would be charged $400 per session for the 4 sessions used, meaning I would lose $1,600 from a $2,000 package. This pricing breakdown makes no sense and feels misleading. They were very responsive when making the sale, but completely unresponsive when addressing serious issues. After months of poor communication and unprofessional service, I have no interest in store credit. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I would warn anyone seeking out Doctor Bull for any cosmetic surgery…read more I went in for a consultation in January of 2024 seeking a breast reduction. They were kind at first and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. I had my reduction in March of 2024. Almost immediately I felt I had an infection on my right breast incision. I kept doctor Bull's assistant Tiffany updated with multiple pictures daily and I was brushed off. Eventually my infection got so bad I went to the ER and my breast quite literally OPENED up and seeped infection. I didn't hear back from Dr. Bulls office for 3 days. I had to go to an infectious disease doctor who then prescribed me an antibiotic but told me I would have to go in for a SECOND surgery to debris the infection. Before my second surgery when I was visibly upset going in for my pre op appointment that I scheduled with their office, per them reaching out, Tiffany and Dr Bull told me I had no appointment, that we would just proceed without any pre lab visits. Oh, he also told me that he had to be careful with how he spoke to me because I get emotional. This is just skimming the surface of my experience. 0/10 would NOT recommend. I'd share pictures but just take my word that my right breast is mangled.

Twenty minutes later I get called back by a very stressed & rushed technician (I don't believe in public shaming so won't name her here. I also feel bad that people are having a hard time in current environment). Bottom line: I paid $150 for Dermaplanning and a facial that lasted 20 mins, was very rushed, and left peach fuzz on my face. There was nothing relaxing about my experience. Nothing. I called back after I got home and reassessed the results to question the incompleteness of the service (she missed my left cheek!) and was transferred to same rushed tech who implied it was my fault for not checking more thoroughly prior to leaving (again- it was a new procedure for me, so wasn't exactly sure what to look for or expect). She offered to correct the issue by having me drive 45 the next day to another location in Darien where she was scheduled and had an opening. No apologies. No above and beyond effort of making things right. Do yourselves a favor and save the $$$$. Go to a spa that follows through and guarantees satisfaction without making you jump thru hoops.

They're connected to DuPage Medical Group's dermatology office and are supervised by physicians, so the care is expert and safe. They feature promotions each month, so you can wait for the service you want, if you're on a budget. I've had two services: a chemical peel, and a few months later I got a pumpkin facial. The resulting glow and improved tone was fantastic each time. They don't do all the new-agey music and massage stuff like you'd find in a standard spa - it's more like going to a really beautiful doctor's office where all the employees have flawless skin - but they treat you well and there's no haste. If you need something a little more intense, the doctors next door are fantastic. In my various dealings with the DuPage Medical Group dermatology department, I've seen Dr. Bhatia, Dr. Hsu and Dr. Tung - trained at Northwestern, they'll nip or tuck you, or remove skin cancers with minimal scarring. Mesotherapy, liposuction, lifts, Mohs surgery, and so forth. They're all very young and cool, yet smart and professional, and yes: they all have great skin. They also have locations in Wheaton and Hinsdale.
