Instead of providing an honest fix, this shop attempted to exploit me with a malicious, bloated laundry list of unneeded repairs totaling a staggering $5,200.11.My car is only worth about $2,600 to sell. They literally tried to charge me double the entire value of my vehicle by copying and pasting a standard menu of high-margin maintenance items that had absolutely nothing to do with why I brought the car in. They tried to stack on: A transmission fluid flush for $460 A drive belt service for $440 Front suspension work for $1,741 Rear shocks for $666 A valve cover/vacuum pump for $742 Worse yet, their $968 diagnostic conclusion to replace the throttle body completely ignores the classic textbook symptom of a car stalling specifically after getting gas--which points to a simple, cheap EVAP purge valve issue. They are clearly more interested in maximizing profit margins by rewriting the maintenance history on older vehicles than actually doing honest, pinpoint diagnostics. They charged me an $190.01 diagnostic fee just to hold my keys hostage while presenting this ridiculous $5,200 bill. I declined every single thing and walked away. Do yourself a favor, save your money, and take your vehicle to an independent specialist who actually has integrity.

They are honest and have done only necessary work. My wife's A4 was in an accident which did nearly $10k in mechanical damage to the bottom of the car, stripping cables, pans, the ac condenser, slicing the radiator, etc. with no frame or body damage. Eric economically sourced all the parts and the Team put her car back together for us. It drives like new. We are always appreciative of the work they do.

He did not inform me of what I was signing and I assumed it was simply to authorize the hold on the vehicle and not a binding contract saying that I was going to purchase the vehicle, even if my loan was not approved. That could have devastating consequences. The other thing I did not like was one salesman/mechanic who I had limited interactions with did not seem at all interested in the satisfaction of the customer, but preferred a quick fix on the surface to give the vehicle the appearance of being fully repaired. I purchased a jeep liberty and when I test drove it, I noticed something smoking under the hood. They of course assured me thy would fix it. Through my two day process of purchasing the vehicle they fixed that as well as a ball joint and a-arm which sounded good to me. Finally when I was approved and drove the vehicle home, it seemed like neither problem had been repaired and in fact, the ball joint seemed worse than when I originally drove it. I promptly called them and they said they would fix it immediately. After a day and a half they had both issues resolved and the vehicle was back in my possession. Overall a good experience and a good selection of vehicles. Definitely ask what you're signing before you sign and don't be afraid to ask questions.

Joe was very insistent that it's there and even pulled it up when I couldn't. the entire time while he pulled it up I looked and couldn't find it. He showed no concern for me not being able to find it and just annoyed I called him to ask about it. He answered my question and I hung up because I was annoyed and I thought staying on the line would do more harm. I apologize for hanging up on u Joe that was rude of me. Then I called back later to tell the manager of this interaction and got Joe the manager. i tried to explain how he came off rude and how his lack of understanding to my situation and pure insistance to that it was on the website and I missed it was rude. He did not see it that way and instead said I was the rude one for hanging up. I explained to him I was hanging up because it was no longer productive to this conversation and hung up. I would not recommend buying from them if this is how the managers act when a customer has a question. I wonder how they would treat you if you tried to buy from them.
