They offer different load sized which makes laundry day a lot easier. There is an older gentleman, maybe the owner, who keeps the floors and counters clean and well maintained. I have not tried the fluff and fold service, but it looks like a convenient option if you want to skip the folding part. Overall, it is reliable, clean, and comfortable.
