When we picked it up, it was just a cover over the damage, and the damage was showing through the repair, so we sent it back. He said he could put some foam in there to cover the damage. We went to pick it up again, and it was a little better. In the end, though, we had an armrest cover that was not at all like the original. They couldn't even match the black material. There was little effort to provide a decent-looking repair.

Aaron took his time to explain the process of the work needed and also to look at colors. The quality of the work in such a small time is insane. The value of the work they did goes above and beyond. The color I chose is "sassy pink". I'm about to color up my helmet in an Alebrije way to match up my vibe with this color. It's like a rebirth to my bike. Thank you Aaron and crew! Never heard from them all day Thurs. When I called they said they couldn't get to it but would get to it first thing Fri. Then I didn't hear from them again Fri so I called at 4:00pm. Their excuse was someone didn't show up for work so they didn't work on my car, nor did they bother to let me know on on Fri before a 3-day weekend. They said I could come pick it up and bring it back sometime the next week. They've lost my business and recommendations. Zero for customer service & consideration. What a disappointment & inconvenience. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

When I got there, they tried to add a $30 fee to remove a non-exsistant drop in bed liner (pic of the one I removed myself attached) and another $30 fee to undo two screws that attache the cover. Both of which were never discussed. When I confronted the clerk he told me that I did have a liner in the truck. After my third time informing him I did not, I asked him if he thought I was lying. He finally took off the extra $60 no discuss in this service. He basically treated me like a liar. ALSO - HE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK - and I asked him why and he said it was his right.
