Bill was super easy to work with and schedule with, and although he was very honest up front about being bearish on being able to remedy the car with door dings (due to make/model issues with safety bracing, metal composition, etc.), he exceeded even his own expectations and was able to perfectly remedy ALL the dents in even that tougher car! One of the other quotes we got wouldn't even quote that car due to the aforementioned difficulties with fixing that make and model, typically. I've already recommended KC D&D to two people, and although I hope to never *need* to use their services again, should I fall victim to further dents or dings, I won't hesitate to return to Bill in a heartbeat!

Anyone that owns a car from the 70's and 80's vintage can lament with me that the plastic bumper filler panels connecting the fender and bumper dry out and crumble with age. If you are lucky enough to find a replacement panel, it still needs paint to match your vehicle. Car star did a great job on this part for me. Great color match and has held up well to continued use/abuse. I know they offer a full service of body work and restoration services, would not hesitate to turn over one of my vehicles to them for future work.

Then I took it home, and I heard squeaks somewhere else. I went back to them again. They sent my wife and me out with a young guy, and he wanted to drive my car and see when/where the squeak occurred. That was fine, but the guy drove my car in a rough manner, and my wife and I were a bit ticked off after his test driving was completed. The office guys are very nice and knowledgeable, but that young guy has some issues.
