When I got there, they tried to add a $30 fee to remove a non-exsistant drop in bed liner (pic of the one I removed myself attached) and another $30 fee to undo two screws that attache the cover. Both of which were never discussed. When I confronted the clerk he told me that I did have a liner in the truck. After my third time informing him I did not, I asked him if he thought I was lying. He finally took off the extra $60 no discuss in this service. He basically treated me like a liar. ALSO - HE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK - and I asked him why and he said it was his right. Battery: dead Schedule: busy…read moreAvailability to take car to dealer: no Mobile service needed: yes Prymo did a fairly primo job for me. My car, like many cars that are on the market today, has tons of bells and whistles, so adding a battery means doing a reset and reprogram. Guess what? I don't have the tools or the knowledge on how to do that. Could I change a battery many years ago? Absolutely! Could I change a battery now? No way... That's why I needed someone with the tools, the know-how, and the availability. I put in a request via Yelp to get a project started, and Prymo was the first to respond and had availability the next morning. They sent a tech to my house, he quickly diagnosed that the battery had no charge left, even though I had a jump the day before, and he commenced replacement. I didn't have to do anything other than do what I usually do, which is work from home. Fast-forward a half-hour and the job was done. I had a new battery, the tech had reprogrammed everything to its proper state, and he was on his way. Prymo accepts debit and credit, though a credit card purchase will come with a 3% charge, which is very fair since that's what the banks stick to the business. It wasn't cheap, but most of the cost was in the actual battery itself, which came with a five-year warranty. Great response, simple to navigate and schedule, and the tech was professional and skilled. Great experience and highly recommend if you're in the same situation.

Can't say this is the friendliest shop I've encountered, but they get the job done…read more I had an assumed exhaust leak, and saw their reviews and decided I need to re-explore this area of town anyhow. Made an appointment and headed down a few days later. Waited a while at the desk, I think they were a bit shorthanded that day. Either way, the guy who ended up taking my keys could not have been any more "all business" than he was. Gruff, short, to the point. I thought this area was bustling with a lot more coffee shops and stuff, but ended up walking a ways to try to find a spot for my call. By the time I was done, they were done and the price was fair. They replaced a flex pipe and that was that, about $95 out the door. Car sounds good! Do they offer a warranty? I don't know. Do they want me to come back in anytime? I doubt it! Do they explain anything? Not really! But again, what they lack in the everyday courtesies, they make up for with efficiency and value.
