Never heard from them all day Thurs. When I called they said they couldn't get to it but would get to it first thing Fri. Then I didn't hear from them again Fri so I called at 4:00pm. Their excuse was someone didn't show up for work so they didn't work on my car, nor did they bother to let me know on on Fri before a 3-day weekend. They said I could come pick it up and bring it back sometime the next week. They've lost my business and recommendations. Zero for customer service & consideration. What a disappointment & inconvenience. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

I received my car back still making noise and a month later they're still refusing to look at it and AAA states I need to have someone else look at this to determine if this was from the wreck or not. Interesting, I get my car back not working and people are confused about a highway collision not affecting the entire car? The service is laughable. Don't leave any messages with Max. He will not pass them along. Since I'm giving recommendations, I would recommend getting another insurance company other than AAA, very sad over 9700$ is paid into fixing the vehicle, getting it back without it running properly.
