While visiting from OK we decided we wanted some sandwiches for lunch, and I found Heidi's on Yelp that was close by and had good reviews. We almost didn't make it there as we passed by it twice not expecting the sandwich shop to be inside a CAR DEALERSHIP. (Would be super helpful if that was mentioned in the listing!!) Hubby and I both had clubs; his with bacon and mine with roast beef. Both sandwiches were delicious (although I really wished they had sourdough). The sandwiches came with your choice of "side", which for us was a tiny bag of chips (me) and a sample size of potato salad (hubby). The potato salad was GROSS. I can't even explain how wrong it tasted, but neither of us born and bred southerners could eat it. FWIW, we made it there within 15 minutes of closing and the worker was still friendly and accommodating, so that was much appreciated! All in all, the sandwiches were worth stopping for, despite the odd location. read more

I rolled the dice on this one because of all the bad reviews, but they have "under new management" signs up all over. It looks like they've addressed the concerns other reviewers had about cleanliness, which was what I was watching for when I first walked in. Service was decently friendly. I got the Italian sub and it was good. Cole slaw was pretty good and the pickles were great. My vote is to give this new team a chance. I'll be back to try some of the other items, although there's a lot of egg salad on the menu and I'll be skipping that as a personal preference. read more

Instead I was brought an egg salad sandwich, which would've been great if I liked egg salad or ordered that. If you like Heidi's avoid this one at all costs. Not sure how the taste or quality was so drastically different, but it was. Both my husband and I commented on how it didn't taste right. My sandwich wasn't done correctly and the bread was burned. They also did not include my pickle - though my husband's sandwich did come with a pickle. We also noticed as we were leaving that we never got our side (choice of chips, slaw or potato salad). The worker was however kind and thoughtful when bringing our food out, which is why I'm giving an extra star. read more

I've been a long time fan of Heidi's but this location made the WORST Reuben I've ever had in my life. it was on sourdough instead of Rye ( they were out) and the meat was so thick and tough that I couldn't even bite through ANY of it. The bread and meat were both singed black on the edge. I am so so disappointed. I could have had a much much better Reuben sandwich at Arby's for less money read more

I love Heidi's. Really, really love it. When I lived in Broomfield, Heidi's was my go-to place for cold sandwiches. They have warm sandwiches too, of course, but I prefer the cold ones at Heidi's (I like my warm sandwiches from Snarf's). In any case, I moved away from Broomfield, and Heidi's was one of things I missed the most. When I noticed that familiar Brooklyn Deli sign while driving down 104th, I did a double take. Is that really a Heidi's? Is it... er, is it inside a car dealership? YES! IT IS! This Heidi's is inside the Ford dealership. I had to fight the wife pretty hard to get her to agree to check this Heidi's out. She was concerned we'd be pestered by car salesmen. We parked on the Heidi's side of the building and went straight in, didn't have to walk through the car dealership at all. The Heidi's has its own seating and you can comfortably ignore the fact that you're eating in a car dealership. And it won't be hard to ignore either, because you'll be distracted by deliciousness. Heidi's has a very large menu of food options, and is one of the few restaurants where I actually have a tough choice to make when I walk in (usually I go with the same thing at any given restaurant). Like I said earlier, I prefer the cold sandwiches, but the warm ones are excellent as well. This particular Heidi's had a more varied menu than what I was used to. In addition to the usual sandwiches (and Nathan's Hot Dogs), they offered chicken tenders, mozerella sticks, cheeseburgers, and chili dogs. I was tempted to see how these items were, but I went with my favorite: cold roast beef on butter top white. The service was, well, stunning. Seriously, the two people working the deli were insanely friendly. An incredibly enjoyable experience. One negative, however, is that this particular Heidi's doesn't carry the brownies I am accustomed to at other Heidi's locations. They offer chocolate cake or some crap, but screw that noise: I WANT MY BROWNIE. Despite the brownie disappointment, I can't even bring myself to subtract a single star from the rating. I went there this past Saturday, I got the there right at 7:20am cause the website states they are open on Saturday at 7am. When I walk in, get the looked at like I was not welcome, then some guy comes in at tells me they dont open till 7:30 even though the website states 7am Needless to say, I went elsewhere, I probley wont be back. read more

I visit this Heidi's about once a week. I have never been disappointed. My go to is the Hell's Kitchen, but I swap my Swiss cheese out for cheddar and get it toasted! They have really seemed to step up their game with better quality foods. Today was no exception. I've eaten many a Hells Kitchen sandwich, but this one was the best! I also recommend the Cajun turkey with avocado, and the Rueben. Even though I work for a competing auto retailer, I will continue visiting this Heidi's in the future. read more

I hate writing bad reviews but I was beyond angry about the sandwich I got today. The online menu was on the website so I called in and I ordered a vegan steak and cheese (which is on the menu with vegan cheese and seitan). When I got there, I was skeptical about the vegan part so I asked if it was the vegan sandwich the girl said yes and there was no meat. I went back to work and when I opened my to go box the sandwich was literally just bread and onions. If this chain does not carry the actual stuff on the menu they should let you know when you call to order otherwise they will give you bread for $8. Will never go back. read more

I walk in and the first thing I noticed was that the person at the cash register does not know how to use the cash register. Then Pablo or Paulo who makes all the food never washed his hands, was touching raw meat and made my sandwich incorrectly. I always have Heidi's in Boulder and Broomfield, their sandwiches are always perfect: fresh, huge, and taste really good, but not from the one at the 104th and i25. I was going to get the "Hell's kitchen" sandwich and Cole slaw, but they're out of both!!! I got a Chicken Salad sandwich and potato salad instead. The sandwich is...Sigh...The lettuce had already turned yellow , tomato is pretty fresh, but the Chicken(OMG) is like rubber (dry, stiff, and hard), the bread is overnight or over two night. Seriously, even McDonald Spicy McChicken ($1) is way better that this. If you want a good quality $8-$10 sandwich, go to the one in Boulder or Broomfiled and stay away of this Heidi's on 104th avenue. read more

Wow, how dissapointing can a sandwich be? I used to feel my mouth watering when I would get one of these at the Heidi's on s. broadway. Apparently they don't train at all stores to have consistant quality. Ours were on dark, which I love, but it was so overtoasted hard it cut the roof of my mouth. Most of the meat was one layer like crisp bacon. My husband did like the potato salad and the pickles are great. This isn't the first time with sub par product but it will be the last. I've given up hope for this location. read more

Worst sandwich ever. I ordered a veggie sandwich - #8 on their list - which was supposed to have avocado, cucumber, cream cheese, lettuce and tomato. I asked for no cream cheese, and was offered my choice of other cheeses. The sandwich came with onions, bell peppers, banana peppers, jalapeños, cheese, lettuce and tomato. Of the things listed as being major components of the sandwich, it was missing the first two! And loaded with things not on the menu, and which I hate. When I brought it back to the counter, the staff was completely confused. Of the 3 people working there, only one knew what the sandwich was supposed to contain. (Here's a hint...it's written in big letters on the board on your wall.) It was dry, tasteless, and unappealing. This is the Heidi's that's part of the Ford Dealership. Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to eat. The two people that were working,had no customers and the place was filthy. The bread was cut paper thin, had maybe half the egg salad as normal, half the bacon. The Hell's Kitchen sandwich has been one of my favorite sandwiches for the last 10 years. So many Heidi's have closed it makes it hard. We have eaten here in the past and the workers and food were very good. Seriously this was terrible. These two workers acted like they had absolutely no idea and didn't care. This totally sucks! read more
