They got 2 of our sandwiches wrong and refused to take responsibility that they messed up and blamed it on the customer! These people have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! How hard is it to make the customer happy.

A very happy person that I ran into while I was there.

I had the Cubana, and it was incredible. The ingredients were on point and the staff was professional. The place was clean and the menu was very easy to read and comprehend. The tortas are overpriced by like $2 and the drinks are too. My torta could have used some spice, but they didn't have any hot sauce to offer such as Tabasco and those other spices. The cons above is why the place isn't 5 star worthy.

Best torta I have ever had, came all the way from Las Vegas to try and it was truly worth the flight and time to get here.

Waited over 45 min for one sandwich. Cold and mushy by the time I got my order. Worst torta I've ever had

A menu for English speakers should be encouraged. Tortas are great but little overpriced. I would recommend la guerra.

I had a milanesa torta and it was fantastic. Everything a torta should be. Just as great as all its other locations.

Lou's was a cute & cozy deli that made us the most amazing Italian style sandwiches. They also had home made pastas, speciality grocery items & catering. There was limited indoor seating with one table for six, some counter seating & an outdoor patio. We parked on the street. We ordered the Chicken Parm & the Fried Prosciutto BLT Sandwiches online & ate there. Our order was ready right on time & the staff were friendly & fast. The Chicken Parm was delicious - a nicely seasoned chicken cutlet with fresh mozzarella & a very flavorful marinara sauce. My favorite was the Fried Prosciutto BLT, it was fantastic. The prosciutto was crispy & was instead of bacon. In addition, there was shredded lettuce, tomato & a great tasting garlic aioli on a toasted Ciabatta Roll. I loved this place - I can't wait to go back!

I ordered for pick up but I loved the ambiance inside! The food slaps. I got the chicken cutlet. No peppers, pesto I. The side, add herb aioli (some may call this edit a crime)- it was absolutely fucking fire. The price was right too. I got a pic of the over stacked sammmmmy, the bread was so fresh and the ingredients so fresh. Also had the pastries. I will be back. I came back to say 15 out of 10 rainbow cake!!!!

I ordered their bestselling Chicken Parm Sandwich with a side of fries, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The sandwich was hearty, loaded with perfectly fried chicken, incredible ciabatta bread, rich homemade red sauce, and an epic cheese pull that made every bite worth it. The fries were a great complement, and the portion was so generous that I had enough left over for a second meal. It's easy to see why they had a line out the door during the lunch rush. They deserve all the success that's come their way. If you're looking for authentic Italian street food in Arvada, this place is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back!

But the cozy, kitschy fun interior with Italian/American, NYC, Sopranos pics & articles on the walls is a pleasant surprise. The owner was at a table with others & warmly greeted/thanked everyone who came in. Get takeout if you don't want to hear random convos or others to hear yours. Food/Value: 3 + The popular Mosco ($16) is their twist on the classic Italian sausage/peppers roll with the addition of diced green chiles. Tasty, but I missed the classic messiness of biting into juicy sausage LINKS/chunky peppers/hearty roll as opposed to their slim patties, artisanal bread, diced peppers. I'm a fried zucchini/pickles "connoisseur" & prefer a lighter batter, balanced seasoning. But some might like their more heavily coated/traditionally seasoned fried zucchini ($9). The drizzled sauce was tasty but the coating was just not for me. Overall: I'd come back for another try if I'm in the area (esp after a trip to the DMV!). But the prices were higher than I'd expect for lunch & "street food" especially for the area & in this economy.
