I have been trying to find a dry cleaner in the area for a while and randomly stumbled upon this one. They did a wonderful job with the dry cleaning on my suit jackets --- they look almost new. I don't know if some of my prior dry cleaners were bad but I've never had a jacket come back so crisp and clean. I will definitely use them again. In case anyone is wondering though, the location is actually not inside the shopping center (where yelp and google places them). Took a top in for alteration- it was a simple hem. Woman quoted me $15. Went in to pick up, and the price jumped to $25. No the cost wasn't massive, but it was still 75% higher than what they told me. They seem to excel at bait and switch, as another reviewer said the same thing happened to them. Cleaning time is really slow. On several occasions, my clothes have not been ready on time. There maybe a few items ready but the others dropped off at the same time were not so I had to make extra trips. They seem to outsource their entire business. I came here on different occasions seeking alterations for my jeans and for my bridesmaids dress. They have an area where you can try on the clothes you want altered and after that it was a quick and easy process to get my measurements. The owner, Kay, does a great job on the jeans and the stitching always matches perfectly. My dress looks fabulous as well. Read a few reviews before I came here and not sure why someone said the place smelled bad because it really doesn't. Service is great and the owner is super nice and accommodating. I walked in with about 10 shirts (women's collarless, knit, sleeveless) and a sweater and the woman immediately indicated that she needed at least a week. A week???!!! I mean why are you in business if you can't turn around dry cleaning in a few days? Some cleaners actually do SAME DAY SERVICE for a fee you know? Terrible customer service. My wife and I married a couple years ago and she had an amazing blush dress that we loved. Luckily we got no stains but just general getting dirty from the day of the wedding. I finally took it in a few months ago shortly after they reopened due to COVID. They did a great job communicating the extended time line for the dress to make sure it was done well and I was all for it since I don't want the dress damaged. They did an incredible job cleaning the dress and it looks like when we purchased it. PLUS they packaged it for us to be more convenient and help product the dress better (see photos). I apologize for not taking photos of the dress as we had a hard enough time getting it back into the box as well as they had and only after did I think to take photos. I asked her what the price was... she says 3.99 but then hems and haws saying thicker fabric is more oh but also the shirts are XXL so bigger costs more. This was likely my worse experience with alterations. I explained to the owner the work I needed down, got measured, and the turn around time was good. Hence the 1 star. However when the measurements and fitting were off, (terribly off) she argued and advised me to wash the jean. Then only offered to correct her mistakes by charging me full price again. Wasn't concerned with getting it right, just making a quick buck, off low quality work. Extremely disappointed. read more

Aweful service!!! WE took a shirt with a stain on the wrist to get laundered. When w e went to pick up we found the stain was still there and the shirt was torn at that spot. I wish I could give zero stars for this place. Extremely overpriced, no customer service and THE WORST ALTERATION JOB I've ever seen. I took my $360 bridesmaid dress to have hemmed and to adjust the bust line that needed to be raised a little. Thank Goodness I tried the dress on before walking out! The hem was uneven and I eventually asked her to show me the fabric she cut off, which proved at least 2 inch difference. It was noticable on the dress with and without wearing it. She added a hook to the front of the dress to have the fabric meet a little higher, however the hook was in plain site, a big silver hook on a burgundy dress. She stated that was the only hook they had - if she would of told me that I wouldn't have had it added. She attempted the hook a couple times leaving holes in front of my dress. It was hideous. The worst part is that she took it upon herself to add a 5 inch seem in the front of the dress at my stomach....Which I had NEVER asked for. After she lied and said it came like that (a made to order gown), she said "I thought it would look better". She refused to admit she did anything wrong, and worse, she never apologized. She took the extra seem out and left holes in my dress. In the end, she only reduced the cost of the $7 hook. And left me with a $113 and some change, bill. She kept saying I was trying to get stuff for free. Nope. I simply explained that she did a terrible job and shouldn't charge full price. I paid the total. I immediately took my dress to another alteration place in Woodinville, who fixed the front of my dress for $15. Save your clothes. Do not use this company for services. read more

Heidi did so much for me for my wedding I cannot thank her enough! My family has been coming here for dry cleaning for the majority of my life so naturally when it came time that I got married I thought of her for alterations and dry cleaning. She altered my wedding dress to perfection, and cleaned it perfectly after the wedding too! (It was very dirty and now it's restored to its clean state). When I got my bridesmaids dress in the mail I hated it. It was way too long and the chest area was really loose, which was not what I tried on at the store. I took it to Heidi's Cleaners after a friend told me she had a great experience there. When I was there, Heidi had me try on my dress and she pinned it in places where I told her it needed work on. She asked when I needed it by and said she'd have it done well in advance before the wedding. When I went back to try it on it was exactly how I wanted it. It actually looked good on me. She also pressed my dress after hemming, so it was ready to go for the wedding. She's very welcoming and makes sure you get what you asked for. read more

I'm retired now and drive 40 miles to get my shirts cleaned and pressed at Heidi's. I get alterations done there along with all my dry cleaning. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Went in to inquire about hemming some pants on a Wednesday evening and was told $5 to $7 for each pair of pants by a young gal at the counter, no problem seemed reasonable and a pretty standard price. I returned the next Sunday with three pairs, one had a leg that was partially undone and needed about 4 inches of thread to repair the hem, another was a simple hem no frills and the third one was extra wide leg, the older lady (owner?) said it would be about $30 for these as it was cuffed as well, I estimated based on this and the previous conversation to be about $45 total for the three pairs. Fast forward one week later being today. When I went to pick them up I was rung up by a younger gal and was told my total was $65 and change.. I question her on the prices as this is way more then originally told. First off she said she had no clue on prices and I would have to speak to the manager on Monday, I asked her the phone number and she couldn't even provide that info without an "I don't know" when I asked if the number on the pick receipt was the number to call she tells me "I don't know? Let me use my phone to check" at this point I am beyond frustrated, how can she not know the business number? I ask if she has a hard copy of prices to refer to (something I should of done originally) and once again told "I don't know, you will have to call on Monday". Furious at this point I reluctantly paid $65 for two fully hemmed dress pants and 4 inches of repair on another pant, it is not worth my time or effort to be arguing with someone who seems unwilling to put in any customer service or assist in any way. If you choose to try Heidi's make sure you get your quote in writing. read more
