Don't go to the lady in the back with the drawn on eyebrows. I told her I wanted my eyebrows to remain thick and just a clean up. She made one of them extremely thin and they are horrible!! read more

Customer service and prices are great always! I'm definitely a regular now and I appreciate the cleanliness

I had visited the place for Henna Tattoo Service. I found the service was overrated when compared to coverage and design for crafted. However the staff is very welcoming and friendly. read more

First and last visit here. Got a facial because the sign outside said $25, went inside and their brochure said $35.. okay. They ended up charging me $45. I've paid over $100 for a visit of a facial when it's worth it but if I had to pay them for their worth, I would have paid them $10-$15 and that's still being mindful for their time and a little effort that was put in. The facial wasn't relaxing at all. The scrub kept going in my mouth and her response was "are you okay?" No.. you're feeding me scrub and I'm paying you for this? I'm not okay! The girls kept going back and forth between the rooms which was annoying. read more

VERY BAD SERVICE! The lady that did my eyebrows was nice but her work wasn't nice at all. She left two bald spots on my left eyebrow, made one eyebrow thiner than the other one. When i called them to let them know about my eyebrow they were giving me attitude. But what can they do about i might as well cut my both eyebrow off. read more

Heena Salon - Eyebrows - Massage Near Me - Irving, Texas

This place has been my go to for eyebrow threading but lately these new hires have giving bad service. For starters, they don't bother to wipe your eyebrow hairs off your face or put aloe vera, which is something they always did before so I'm not sure why these new people aren't doing that. Secondly, I'm having to go home and pluck hairs they've missed so perhaps I'll be on the look out for a new brow place. read more

Only one star because I can't put NONE. This place is so rude. I came to the door at 6:25 and they let the two people in-front of me go in but not me. Then had an employee come out and say that they're lazy and don't want to work that's why they didn't let me in. Absolutely terrible. Never coming back. read more

HI, I'm Cat and my right eyebrow is shorter than my left. My friend Tiffany's left brow is thinner than her right. All done by one lady at Heena salon. Thanks, I will never come back. My partner in crime and I decided we need to get our brows done. I've never been here before and I usually go to the other ones that charges $10. So $4 is super cheap!!! Now I know why its only $4!!! Had I known I was going to get one brow shorter than the other one. I would have paid the $10 elsewhere. Now I have to draw in one eye...Thanks, thanks a lot lady. read more

If I can help it, I will not come back here. For one, the ladies talk bad about their customers in Hindi. Secondly, eyebrows are $4 and upper lips are $3. My total should have been $7. However, when going to the counter, the lady that threaded me told the lady at the register to charge me $8. I did not want to haggle for a dollar and went ahead and paid, but I do feel like they change their prices depending on the person. Also, she left me red and cut up from her threading. read more

I love going to this place! Amazing prices, friendly staff & always ready. I go once a month for 7 years now

i loved this place when i first started going. But i went in one day and the older lady that threads offered to do my brows. She shouldn't be doing brows. She botched my brows now one of them is lower than the other. And the staff has such nasty attitudes. Definitely won't be going back EVER. read more

I wish I could leave zero stars! I came in here and asked for full face. The older lady that did them refused to let me take off my eyebrow makeup and proceeded to thread them that way. After she was done I saw how terribly she had left my eyebrows. She left them so uneven and just threaded chucks off on both eyebrows. Terrible service. Once I told the front desk lady she only took off the amount for the eyebrows and forced me to pay for the rest of the full face. Terrible service, people that don't know how to properly thread brows and front desk is the worst too! I do not recommend anyone going to this place. They should shut down with how bad their service and staff is. read more

use to like getting my eyebrows here. Now they're going down hill with new employees not knowing what they're doing. After letting my eyebrows grow for the pass 2 months, now they have my f ed up my eyebrows completely. read more

Came here to get brows and upper lip This time. $7! What a bargain. I explained to the lady every time people will make my brows too thin. She made them perfect and is helping me make them thicker by leaving some hair so it can help grow that section! love when people add TLC to my brows! read more

I only give this place 2 stars because the lady that does my eyebrows is very nice and takes her time. Other than that, I have NOTHING good to say about the ownership or the way business is handled here. First off, the ladies that work there don't seem to understand that it is rude to start arguing with customers in the salon. They argue about who cleaned what last, who took their break last, etc. It's all very petty and comes off very rude. Last time I went there was only 1 other girl there waiting to be helped. All 6 or so beauticians were present that day and her and I STILL had to wait because.....they were too busy mopping the floors. One lady was actually getting her hair blow dried by another one while the others were mopping floors. I waited an extra 10 minutes for just that. Like I mentioned above, the lady that I usually go to is nice and tries to listen to whatever requests I may have. Heena Salon also deserves more than 1 star because they are very inexpensive as well. I can get my eyebrows and upper lip done in under $10 so I can't complain there. read more

I was strapped for time with an interview the next day. Rukshana and family were lovely and gave me the perfect cut to impress. I'm so glad to support a family-owned salon and I'm happy with the results. I will come back! Thank you for making me feel beautiful that day! It seemed you worked magic with knowing the style I needed. read more

Almaz is the best eyebrow technician I've ever used! She is an absolute perfectionist and I truly appreciate that as your eyebrows are a very noticeable aspect of your face - if not shaped properly it throws your features off. Eyebrow threading costs $4, what a deal and I choose to have the eyebrow dying service for an additional $10. The dye lasts about 2 weeks and looks amazingly natural - it's also an all natural product; go ahead and try it, you'll love how you look. I've been a customer of Almaz for over 7 years; ask for her at your next service- you'll thank me for the recommendation. read more

My favorite waxing place ever. They get me right in. I'm in and out in 20 mins. Love Anna. She's gentle and quick. Prices are very reasonable. When you ask for 1/2 legs, they don't try and skimp out by charging you extra for your knees or toes like all oriental places! If you want to chat it up and make friends go to those expensive salons that charge double plus. If you want a quick clean job, only think Heena salon in Irving. read more

I had 6 months letting my eyebrows grow and I came here to get them cleaned up. Well they messed them up and left me with the thinest eyebrows in the world. The lady just said she could fix it by messing up the other one read more

This place is the best I have found for eyebrow threading. No appointments, walk ins only, quick, easy and the best part is that they are the cheapest I have ever seen! They are $4 for eyebrow threading (used to be $3 when I started going to them years ago but I times are a' changing, haha). Yes you don't get the same necessarily person twice and it isn't a fancy salon by any means but they are less than half the price of most threading places and they have always done a good job. I also go the Richardson location and hope to try out the Frisco location now that I have moved. read more

First time here and last time .. I didn't like this place at all .. very disrespectful ppl. The lady at front doesn't even greeted when I walk in and when I check out she was all the time in the phone sound like she was even FaceTime timing someone didn't even pay attention to what I was saying to her she just told me my total and keep on talking didn't even said thank you at all I guess her phone it's more important then her costumers . And the waxing lady she didn't a great job I like it over all And about the threading was okay the lady I got she keep stopping every time some one walk by or someone will come in .. again very disappointing then we waiting over 20 minutes to be seen two lady's when out break while the all of us wait ! Prices were fine very affordable Same as the other henna salons I been too read more

I just went for under arms wax, I found it okay. But they are not interested whether the wax is hot or not. They sometimes use very hot wax n won't bother much if it burns on your skin. That's the only bad thing I observed. read more

Had to be the worst experience in a salon ever. I was getting my hair and makeup done as part of a bridal party..First, I explained that I wanted a simple blow dry with extensions.... the lady stared at me like she had no idea what I was talking about. Then I told her I wanted a double wash and no conditioner because my hair tends to get very oily quickly.... she said OK OK and ended up putting conditioner because my hair was too rough and dry...ummmm I THINK I know my hair better than anyone, such BS. Then I had my makeup done...I had a picture of the look I wanted (heavy dramatic eye, cut crease, contouring, false eyelashes etc). She nodded and seemed to understand and I felt that this would be a good experience... First she asked me about 5 x to take out the picture and show it to her... even after seeing the pic so many times, the end result looked NOTHING like the picture. She used her FINGERS and QTIPS to "blend" the makeup...She drew on these ugly eyebrows that looked like commas. The worst part? She said she doesnt' "do" false eyelashes...she didn't know how to put them on. OMG. Who in the world calls themselves a makeup artist and refuses to put on eyelashes??? By this time I was extremely upset. My husband, who knows nothing about makeup, said the makeup looked horrible... I'm not a makeup artist but I could have done a much better job. Finally, it was time to get my hair done... the girl who was doing my hair didn't seem to understand what I wanted (a simple blow dry with extensions applied afterwards).....because 5 minutes later, my extension was falling out. Going by the reviews, I'm sure they're good with threading and henna application, but I would stay far far away from them.. their hair and makeup people are extremely incompetent. The owner claimed that everyone's a licensed cosmetologist yet these people didn't seem to understand how to work with extensions and actually refuse to put on false eyelashes. Biggest waste of time and $$ ever. read more

I used to come here years ago & service was way better. I happened to be in the area & decided to do my eyebrow & lip. The lady was lazy & didn't even thread my eyebrow or lip correctly. I had to get down my car to show her. She seemed upset... I should've gone to my usual place I go too. It's not worth it. read more

My experience was very positive. Eyebrows look even and as I like them (not too thin), my stylist solicited my opinion at each step of the way, and she was very nice about me needing a tissue (it's been a while since I did threading and though it didn't seem to hurt too much, the tears came quickly!). The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is this was the first time I came. If I got this level of service (fast, professional, exactly what I wanted results-wise) a few more times consistently, I would give it five stars. read more

The WORST Heena location by far. I typically go the location in Richardson, and I absolutely love that one. They're kind, gentle, well mannered, and they do an amazing job. I will NEVER come back to the Irving location. Not only did my technician tint WAY outside of the lining of my brows, going against what I specifically requested, she blamed me and said "Next time, tell me what you want. It's not my fault. You have thin hair, so it's hard." Wait, isn't that the point behind tinting? She scratched me twice as she tried to sloppily wipe some of the damage away. I ended up spending ten minutes at the salon cleaning up the job myself. Yes, I paid money at a SALON, and ended up doing my own brows there lol. Please save yourself the trouble. The Richardson location is well worth the drive. Also, only gave this place a star because at least one star is required to submit a review. read more

This location is not like the Richardson one. The quality of "beauticians" is really inferior. My 16 year old daughter was driven to tears because of the rough handling while threading. Her face was swollen and some spots were bleeding. This was not my daughter's first time threading. It was the first time in this location. The beautician even told her she had bad eyebrows which is not very sensitive. My daughter is usually complemented for her naturally thick and shaped eyebrows. This was the last time I will send her there. Clearly the employees need some training in customer service. read more

I LOVEEEEE THIS PLACE! come on, the price doesn't get better than $4 for getting your eyebrows threaded! After reading some of the other negative reviews, I feel like if you have a person you are used to going to, then you probably shouldn't change to another place. I go to this one lady there all the time! she is really nice and does a great job! :D read more

Henna Salon is the worst place to go.Rudddddddddddeeeeeeeeee.The owner and the people working(Milan and Nelima) are rudeeeeeee. Me and my friend took an appointment. The owner asked us to come in.Milan and Nelima are anger on the owner. They mishandled our hair badly. As long we were in the salon, there was lot of murmuring.Apart from this, the owner charged us 60$ for our hair. 30$ for each.Mine is a short hair and thin hair.Humiliating and ill-treatment.Never ever go there.Unprofessional staff and owner. read more

I've given this location a few chances but I'm done! It's like the "training" location for eyebrows, the girl who threaded mine literally used office supply type scissors to trim my brows! There is no shape or form to my brows now, I should have stayed a harry little beast haha! They are so uneven and look like they were trimmed with a hedge trimmer. She also threaded one round and the other straight, how am I supposed to even try to fix that with makeup? So annoyed, don't waste your time or money! read more

Love this place 4 dollar eyebrow threading, never a wait time and always professional

If i could give this place a 0 star i would. I have been going here for few times. The employee i worked with was very very rude. Didn't do my eyebrow right, she literally took my hair off on lower part of the eyebrow and she said it was already there. She was kept complaining that she was very tired but hey thats not my fault that u are tired, i m paying for the services i m getting. I KNOW THIS PLACE IS BIT CHEAP BUT I WOULD RATHER PAY LITTLE BIT MORE AND GO TO A BETTER PLACE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. read more

I've always had a fine experience at Heena. I've gone for threading and waxing. It's never going to be easy to get the hair ripped out of your face or legs, so you really can't expect a gentle experience on that front. I've also enjoyed geyyin heena done there. I've never found a place with comparable prices. I've certainly paid more for less quality in waxing and threading. I also enjoy the location. There is an Indian restaurant and grocery in the same center which are also good! read more

worst henna experience of my life. they mix some chemicals in the henna. after the first day, my skin became so rough with henna. and since then, even after a week, it has become so patchy. it's like someone has applied paint and now its peeling off, peeling off my skin as well. would never recommend to anyone. given an option would have given them 0 read more
