The folks from San Jose Yard Cleanup were professional, quick and gave a very reasonable estimate. We were pleased with how gently they treated the house walls and left everything in excellent shape. *** This is responding to the response from the business. Are you now disputing what Jose told me…read moreduring our estimate appointment? He specifically mentioned the job will require cutting and removing concrete and even asked me if I want to replace concrete or just put on gravel which will be cheaper . Now you are being dishonest on Yelp? As for payment, Jose told me he will be there between 3-6pm, I got there at 4:30pm and he was gone. ( I wonder why the job was so quick?) So I will have to test this myself for a week because I frankly don't trust your company any longer. You will be paid when I finish the testing. End of story. I had a leaky sprinkler valve and pipe and Jose responded and was quick to come for an estimate . The estimate was free which I appreciate. Jose appeared professional and told me the pipe was under the concrete and required concrete cutting to repair the pipe . He asked me if I want the concreted replaced which will Be more expensive obviously or just put gravel . I opted for concrete replacement and was quoted a price which I countered , we agreed to a price and date for repair. The repair is now complete , and it turns out he didn't have to cut concrete and left before I arrived when he told me he would be there from 3-6. I arrived at 4:30 and he was already gone. Now , the entire agreement was based on him having to do concrete work unless it's normal to charge $600 for changing one plastic pipe and change a plastic valve. So now I am doubting if this guy knew he didn't have to cut concrete all along and just said that to bid the price high. So I asked him nicely since the job didn't involve the agreed to concrete work, for goodwill and fairness , can we adjust the price as a courtesy to $500 because I have quotes from other companies repairing the pipe and valve with no concrete work would be $200-250. Jose refused and said he wants his $600 as quoted. Then I asked him, that $600 was with new concrete, how about you go back and put in that new concrete since you said the price is the same with or without concrete right? He refused as well. Anyways, just be aware of this guy. Seems ok during estimate but as you can see above. A very dishonest person and company.

Bryan and his team did a fantastic job cleaning up our back yard…read more They faced several challenges and each was handled with professionalism, experience, and care. My HOA/community doesn't provide "green" waste dumpsters, so they needed to haul away all of my yard's debris ...and there was a lot of it. I've hired several Lawn/Garden companies in the past- and ALL of them left my yard cleaner than before, but with a sickening "oily" smell of gasoline/diesel-powered equipment (trimmers, blowers, vacuum). NOT Difference Mowing! Their "difference" is using all battery-electric equipment AND spending the time to do the work correctly. They're knowledgeable of different plants and know what needs to be done to revive and maintain healthy growth. My yard needed a lot of weeding because I let things go way too long. They turned my yard from a hopeless mess into a good looking and much easier-to-maintain space for which I can be proud. My plants appreciate their skill and care too! It's my pleasure to re-hire them on a bi-weekly basis for general maintenance. Excellent work. Thanks guys.

After speaking with several companies and receiving multiple quotes, Bryan the Landscaper stood out immediately for both his professionalism and pricing. I contacted Bryan needing urgent help at one of my properties, and he arrived in less than an hour. Not only was his response time impressive, but he completed the entire job in under an hour as well. His professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail truly exceeded expectations. What makes Bryan stand out even more is that he is a young entrepreneur out here building something for himself the right way. You can see the dedication in the way he communicates, shows up prepared, and takes pride in his work. His pricing was by far the best I found, especially for the level of service he provides. Affordable, dependable, hardworking, and respectful. That combination is rare to come across these days. I will absolutely continue using Bryan for ongoing property maintenance and highly recommend him to anyone looking for elite, high caliber landscaping services while also supporting a young man who is truly putting in the work to build his future.

Its been a couple months since my 1st post on Quality Green - Couldn't figure out how to just…read moreupdate my previous review so here's my final-final. I wanted a lawn/mow free yard, including lots of tan bark, landscape weed barrier, drip system, with lots of drought tolerant plants, water timer and any work needed with pipes/existing sprinklers. I also wanted a small patio area in the front for early morning coffee. We also briefly discussed the possible correction to a VERY bad partial attempt at a pergala/covered patio in my backyard (by someone else that was fired 1/2 way through) . Ozzy and team completed the (original) job in appx 5 days. There were some change orders as we traveled through the process but Ozzy was always polite and accommodating with my questions and adjustments (as I madly Googled info on all of this: what did i know about landscaping :) My front and back yards had been very neglected for some time. QG started by removing a couple inches of my beat up lawns and replacing with new top soil. The gentleman who handled all heavy equipment / paving suggested correcting the soil on the side of my house so water travel downgrade, away from my foundation - great idea! and I've included a pix of that. The small front patio went in (I love coffee in the morning sun) I also asked for a walkway that crosses the yard from left to right. These were done with costs in mind and I am VERY pleased with the outcome. As for the front and back yards, new top soil and landscape weed barrier were laid. Adjustments to pipes and pre-exsiting sprinklers were completed for the drip system and the auto-timer was set up. All the main tubing went in and both lawns were mostly covered with black tan bark. I left 1/3 of my back yard to plant a low maintenance ground cover to replace grass. The day-of the tan bark pickup the vendor was out of the small bark so rather than postpone I just moved forward with the large size. I will say I do think the small bark would have been a better look for residential but that can be corrected down the line if I care to. Except for a couple of adjustments this basically completed the yard work. Due to some scheduling bumps I didn't have plants ready for planting but Ozzy's team would have done that if I had. He did return to do the runner tubes to the plants in front and back and make an adjustment to the one sprinkler in the back for the ground cover. Things went so well I contracted to have my back patio finished by the same person who did the patio and pavers. Originally this job was to just put up the polycarbonate roofing panels but his recommendation was to correct ALL the bad work done by the previous "contractor". This was absolutely the best advise!! Yes, it was more $$ but what a great job he did and it was the RIGHT recommendation. That patio had been in limbo for 5 months while I tried to find someone I could trust. I'm sure many of you know what I'm talking about! Some of my pictures show the a little of the very poor work and then the finished patio roof a little bit - I'm SO happy with the final outcome. It's difficult to start a new business, it's difficult to find and keep people as good as your own intentions. I know Ozzy wants the best for his customers and I wish him all the luck in growing his business. It was a pleasure to have him and his team complete my work.
