It has K2 Vitamin properties and you know what they say, its better to eat your food than taking supplements. But if you got only supplements why not. I also bought MCT oil and my mom also bought Jarrows: Glutathione supplements. We really loved it here. I just ran out of Duck Fat, I am due again to return and get a new jar. I should stock them up.

The caterer that we had engaged had a tragic fire with severe building damage Friday night before our event. About 7:00 Saturday morning we were able to reach the Belton HEB deli manager, Jazz. He and his crew pulled from thin air to provide us with cheese and meat tray snacks for each of our tables, and sliders served to the tables. We served lunch to 240 people at 11:00. They created a miracle for us. With their help, the event was seamless and our hospitality was undamaged. We are forever grateful to HEB and their amazing employees.

They're big on their own brand, whose quality is pretty good. We haven't been let down by their chicken, burger patties, center cut bacon, bagels, juice, pre-fixed dinners, and bakery items. The only bummer is they seem to tape the incorrect coupons on their promo items (happened a few times discovered at the register). They have a drive-thru pharmacy. This location is frequently busy, but they're conveniently situated right off the freeway, and across Temple's IMAX theater. They're in a shopping plaza shared with Kohl's. And there are several exits so you can find a way to maneuver around the parking lot traffic. Overall, I like 'em.

I was in town for a few days, so I figured I'd stock up on the good stuff while I was here. Inside, the prices were great and the service was friendly from start to finish. Everything felt organized and easy to navigate. I can see why H-E-B is such a Texas staple and why people talk about it the way they do. Going here is always a special treat. I have started taking my granddaughters one at a time. I want…read morethem to appreciate other cultures as well as our beloved Texan ways. In OM, one experiences the visual of shelves loaded with interesting bags of grains and legumes, and boxes of teas, curry and meal kits. I always grab jasmine rice, curries, turmeric and ginger. My favorite 2 things are to stand and breathe deeply, savoring waves of fragrant herbs and spices. Next, I always head back to the little restaurant in where I eat whatever is the daily special, always delicious.. I go on weekends so don't know if freshly cooked food is available on week days. Along the back of the store is a long refrigerated case for fresh veggies. I usually shop at HEB, so am excited to find large bunches of fresh dill and other treats not in mainstream stores. And remember to browse the personal hygiene aisle. I pick up some lovely, scented soaps and powders, floral scented waters and henna for dying my hair. It is gentle, and leaves my hair so healthy looking. At the check out counter, I get samosas to go and love the reasonable prices. I will go again this Saturday for some food kits and eat lunch. The gentleman who mans the counter is quiet and kind. I really like the lady at the back food counter. I think she cooks the pots of food and brings everything in freshly made for that day.

Kanpai to Bon Bon Market!…read more Such a cute name for a mini Asian grocery store. Actually it's more like a boutique inside. They sell flowers and plants too! While bon bon means "chocolate covered candy", I didn't see any candy browsing through. That'd be nice if they sold some though. There are specialty products imported from various Asian countries. So if you love dining at those kind of restaurants, you may find your favorite ingredients or SAUCE here. I love sauce in my food. Did you know butter can be made from sesame? Well ther is such a thing! Like peanut and almond butter, "open sesame!" I know that quote isn't really relevant, but who's making a big deal about it? More so, I like their beer, wine and sake collections. I'm highly recommending the Kyoto Matcha IPA, an excellent quality beer. "Ipa ipa hooray!"
