Terrible prices compared to HEB, so I checked the individual toiletries isle and I was just getting one. When I went to put 3pack back, I saw a different price for the individual bar. I went back and took photo and instead of self check, waited in line. It rang up incorrect. I showed photo to cashier, but she said it was for another smaller size. In photo you can see that the larger size is the only product on shelf at price. A manager came and was absolutely no help either. Cashier said he was going to remove the wrong product from display. So I wasn't helped, other than wasting my time, and didn't leave with any soap! So much for standing by whats on display and honoring customers who bring proof to register.

I had tried to call the store number, but this HEB doesn't really answer the phone, or when they do, they transfer you to another nonresponsive number. Giving them a "good" instead of something lower, as the helpful employees are always greatly appreciated. Also: had occasion to stop at the seafood/fishmonger department. I would like to mention that the seafood employees have always been unfailingly polite and friendly, every time I've picked up items there.

Last week, she bumped into me while I was walking and then claimed I had hit her. I reported both incidents to management. The first time I was told it would be handled, but nothing changed. The second time I spoke with another manager and again explained that this was a repeated issue. I was told it would be taken care of. I also received a call from upper management assuring me the matter was being taken seriously and that it would be handled properly, but it was not resolved. Last night, I saw the same employee at checkout. She smirked at me as if nothing had happened and appeared to be working at the front of the store in a lead role. This reflects a serious lack of accountability and follow-through. While I generally enjoy shopping at H-E-B and most employees are great, based on this experience I will be spending my money at Walmart, where I have never had issues with employees.

So we headed out to Natural Grocers and they do have them. I've decided to look for Duck Fat and yes they have them. I use it to cook. It has K2 Vitamin properties and you know what they say, its better to eat your food than taking supplements. But if you got only supplements why not. I also bought MCT oil and my mom also bought Jarrows: Glutathione supplements. We really loved it here. I just ran out of Duck Fat, I am due again to return and get a new jar.
