So we headed out to Natural Grocers and they do have them. I've decided to look for Duck Fat and yes they have them. I use it to cook. It has K2 Vitamin properties and you know what they say, its better to eat your food than taking supplements. But if you got only supplements why not. I also bought MCT oil and my mom also bought Jarrows: Glutathione supplements. We really loved it here. I just ran out of Duck Fat, I am due again to return and get a new jar. I should stock them up.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you are a Saint Edward's student, you need to get on the ATX Food Mart train. It has been vital to my college career.
