It's small but it's one of those places that remembers who you are when you walk in the door. Everyone who works at this local store is so friendly and very helpful. You would think being one of two grocery stores in town that the prices would be outrageous. Not true though! The meat market prices are very reasonable as well as the fresh produce. I'll be honest I was shocked because you figure a small town grocery store the prices would be higher than a big city store. The weekly sales are very impressive also. This is my new go to store.

Store clean and nicely organized, but I have noticed expired products still out on shelves or racks for sale to customers, so have to be careful with that. Store stays pretty well stocked every time I go there. I return time and time again, and will continue to do so. Prefer this store over Brookshire Brothers which is way too expensive; however, Brookshire produce has Harlan's beat for sure.

Just one package, take it or leave it. Not sure what was was going on. Then onto get a bar of soap. Terrible prices compared to HEB, so I checked the individual toiletries isle and I was just getting one. When I went to put 3pack back, I saw a different price for the individual bar. I went back and took photo and instead of self check, waited in line. It rang up incorrect. I showed photo to cashier, but she said it was for another smaller size. In photo you can see that the larger size is the only product on shelf at price. A manager came and was absolutely no help either. Cashier said he was going to remove the wrong product from display. So I wasn't helped, other than wasting my time, and didn't leave with any soap! So much for standing by whats on display and honoring customers who bring proof to register.
