    Debris floating inside gel cleanser

Stop selling mandarins from Bella; they are always half rotten. Cuties are so much better. Also I bought a cleanser and when I got home I noticed debris floating inside of it; $12 for contaminated skincare.

OMG. Management here is horrible. At 11:00 on a Tuesday all of the 15 items or less lanes were open, but only 5 regular lanes were open. People were stacked 5 deep; one lane had 8 people in it. I was in line 10 minutes before I was able to move. People with frozen items saw them begin to melt. There was no sign of ANY EMPLOYEE other than the cashiers and baggers. There were so many of us we completely clogged the space; no one could walk thru to get in the aisles behind us. I tried calling Customer Service to request the store to open more lanes and it was a nightmare. The first time I got disconnected. The second time I was sent to an extension and was disconnected. The third time I specifically asked to talk to the store manager and was sent to a number that rang more than 30 times before I gave up. When I called a fourth time I was informed they were having "phone issues" and told the agent I truly wanted to talk to someone so let's try an assistant manager. Again I got to a line that rang and rang. I decided to be sneaky and called the Deli. Finally some assistance! Someone there reached out to an employee who it turns out manages the check out area and should have been there all along. SERIOUSLY!! This entire process took more than 20 minutes. My cold items were lukewarm. I can only imagine what happened to the frozen items of all of the customers around me. I'm very disappointed. I'm actually concerned if I should consume the cold products I purchased. Um, HEB, how about a refund on those items? I'd like to know why no one in charge noticed the log jam in the check out area and realized action needed to take place. MAJOR FAIL. There is a better HEB on Whitestone. It's not an HEB Plus, but if you just need groceries, GO THERE!

Today my wife and mother stopped for some daily shopping. After paying for all their items. They preceded to exit. The shopping cart would not pass through the exit door because the cashier forgot to activate their receipt. Showing they paid for all their items. They were approached by security and management they immediately put a wheel stop on their cart and began treating them as they were not customers but as Shop lifters. We have been customers purchasing thousands of dollars years buying baking supplies outside of our home food and other supplies. This was taking way too far way to quickly without an knowing if they paid or not. Once they presented their receipt. This was a horrible experience embarrassing situation for us to continue shopping at any HEB

If I could give this location a negative 5 stars I would. Beware of their manage Jennifer. She is irate and out of control. She attacked me when I was grocery shopping and kept telling me how I should feel lucky she let me in her store. She even told me to "shut up and stand in line". When I asked her to leave me alone she continued to stand several feet away from me insulting me in front of other customers. I tried to pay for my items and leave but she refused to let me so that way she could continue to berate me in front of other customers. This experience was so bad even the other employees feared for their safety. As a veteran, teacher and now former long-term customer I cannot fathom what they are teaching these people for customer service. Do yourself a favor and don't come to this store. Go to Walmart or target if you value being treated with dignity ambiance is terrible too.

As with other HEB's in the Cedar Park/Leander TX. area...no matter what day...what time..any store...cashier never has any help bagging groceries they check thru...suppose any additional bag-boy hourly personel will be getttin into the store managers bonus...ya think? Then U look down the grocery aisle and see 2-3 store managers along w/ front-end manager chattin. Spoke to front-end mgr bout it during Xmas hoilday 2022.....her response.." We're workin on it...soon as the bagboys get outta school"...Either way, the jokes on the customer...they're gonna get our $..haha...Other than that...Life Is Gr8...I'm retired..I have all day?...Yeah..Rite.

Not a bad Heb but not the best. The normal stuff but not the fancy stuff. Hours are great and it has a Redi Clinic.

This is the nicest HEB in the Cedar Park area. This HEB takes forever to get out of when shopping. It is a very large store.

While standing in line I struck up a conversation with a couple behind me. The wife had 4 flower bouquets in her arms and her husband had two. I said you guys must be getting ready to go on a flower distribution run. The husband said they are all for my wife and this less than she normally receives on Mother's day. I then said, "Wow you are a great husband!" When it was my turn to pay, the husband said to me that it was so nice of me to give flowers to the seniors that he was going to buy another dozen for them for me to distribute. I was actually a bit stunned because no one has ever been so spontaneously generous. So I grabbed both bouquets of flowers and headed to the independent living center. Because many of the seniors were visiting with their families, only two seniors were there today. So each one got a dozen roses each for Mother's Day. One lady said she had no children and she would not have received any flowers on Mother's Day. Was it divine intervention or kismet? You decide. I was blown away by the circumstances. Today was a giving environment.

The selection of cheeses and prepared items on the back wall is excellent and very well priced. Their sourdough bread is very good, and the selection of breads is good in general. They have a relatively new store branded version of "Dave's Killer Bread" in several varieties, and not only is it priced much better but I think it's tastier. The so-called "aisle of shame" sometimes has interesting household and clothing items, so is always fun to look through if you have the time. Best in the area, and I love supporting small businesses. I got their mega taco and split that with my partner. Kept us both full! Food was made to order but wait wasn't too long. Definitely worth it. Good prices for the amount of food they give you. You order at the back of the gas station, wait for your food, then pay at the front register. The entrance doesn't look like it'll have all this amazing food, but trust it and you won't regret it! It's still your average convenience store, but the space was clean and the man at the register was very kind. There are also seats and tables in front of the order counter to sit and wait or enjoy your food. Definitely recommend for breakfast tacos! They also sell tamales and have lunch specials.
