I visit this location frequently, and I'm usually not disappointed. The store is clean, well-stocked, and I've never had an issue with customer service. I'm usually visiting to get their skinless salmon; it's always fresh. Now, if you happen to be hungry on your way out (or in), you can't beat the value of their pizza and soda combo! An instance of the very popular Costco gas stations in Pfugerville Texas (outside of Austin), this location has 4 islands with 3 pumps each for a total of 24 nozzles. We have stopped by a couple of Costco gas stations in Texas, and I think the definition of 'busy' is different here than in California. One can tell from the intake queue area, that if there were more than 3 cars waiting per pump, it would cause gridlock and confusion. And both times, there was no wait...just had to maneuver around a car or two. Like other Costcos, the hose is extra long, allowing one to reach your gas tank from either side. Was able to validate and pay with one single tap from one's Citi costco card. And regular gas was $2.65...don't remember paying less than twenty dollars at the gas pump. read more

I got asked for my card at the entrance which is standard but then was requested to show my picture which I thought was weird. My second visit a month later I stood infront of the store for 5 min to see how many people were asked the same and none were asked. As i entered the store I was asked to see the picture. Keep in mind my skin tone is much darker than those who have previously entered. When I asked about this new policy no explanation was given. The greeter then became aggressive and said if you want to speak to my manager go ahead I don't care. This is a first and hopefully a last incident at Costco. When we showed up at our pickup time, the cake was there, waiting for us. And it was beautiful, with vibrant colors and a perfect finish. But not only was it beautiful, it was delicious. The cake was moist and flavorful, striking the perfect balance--not too sweet but still 100% chocolate heaven. At $15.99, this cake is more than worth it. It is honestly an amazing value. I love this Costco! I have only a limited times run I to something not being in stock or in the expected areas. Whenever I need help finding a product I always receive an answer and usually guided to the section as well or told about an alternative. I have never been left empty handed by the service, it is top notch. There is a great selection of fresh and ready Costco meals here too. They spread out sample people's posts so that you're not always waiting for people to clear the area. This location especially nails the checkout process. Everyone is friendly and quick to help you out, but are gentle with your items and getting them back in the cart. There are always ample registers open and they don't try to force you to self checkout. This location also doesn't bother you about upgrading or changing your card at checkout which is a plus to me as well. I do wish they would ease up on the salesman posted, especially in the electronic section. They try to grab everyone that passes by even if you say no thank you. read more

We get their chicken - SO FRESH AND DELICIOUS - and sometimes they have poke (raw fish dish)!!! Inside is clean and well-kept. Check-out process is fast. You have 2 options of checking out- self check out or the regular line where they scan items and put in your cart for you. What is else can I say other than Costco is awesome! LoL when it comes to their gas stations they have the cleanest facilities and there is only a one direction to enter and exit their service stations. Now some will think this is an inconvenience because most cars in the United States are on the left side. But you find those who are in a hurry definitely stretch those hoses over to the left side from the right side stations. The attendants here will make sure you're complying with the rules so make sure you turn off your vehicle. It's for your safety of course so don't be rude to the attendants. The down side of this station, there is no diesel here. I am not sure why but it would definitely be nice to have some diesel pumps here. Now there is a another service station right next door. The prices at Costco are usually on point or seven cents lower than their competitor next door. This place accepts Apple or Google Pay. That's always a plus. read more

Please read the fine print on the tire warrenty...purchased a set of four tires for $180 each..less the discount of $40 each for discout/rebate they constantly have. 2 months later, had a nonrepairable flat so Costco had to replace the tire..but wait, it is under warranty. --ended up paying $158 for a replacement tire due to the way the store calculates the residual value of the tire and doesn't give the customer the discount since only one tire is being purchased. Go to Discount Tire where the warranty actually means something. Please know that you will pay and pay lots to replace a tire that is on warranty at Costco. read more

This is hands down has to be the best Costco in the country. You're probably thinking that all Costcos are pretty much the same and your aren't wrong. This one has all the usual offerings but what really sets it apart is that it has somehow avoided becoming the shopping mosh pit with crazy long lines that I have known many Costcos to be. I can literally run in real quick to grab something. The convenience is so astounding that I forget it's a Costco. The highlight of it all is that when I go to get gas I never have to wait.
