I had a tow truck drop my car at Murphy's for gas and it resulted in an over flow of the gas tank…read more The staff at Murphy's was not only kind and professionally addressed the spill and when asked if there was a particular auto item we needed to try to start the car, the staff went on the Walmart (next door) website to tell me even what isle it was on. Moments later they came out to our car and corrected and told me they did in fact have the item. Customer service above and beyond. We struggled for some time to get it running and they were so patient with our car parked on the lot for hours as we worked through the ordeal. Kind patient and caring. I wish I knew both their names but manager... they were on duty 9/13/19 afternoon evening shift. Big applause big applause.

Today was the last straw as they tried to charge me $17 for two bottles of Coke and two bags of chips. They sign clearly stated Coke products two for four and the chips had no pricing when I spoke to the individual behind the counter he would not give me the 244 Coke products as he did not know how to ring it up, even though it was clearly stated on the window. It was surprisingly ok. The positive was that the burritos were massive! Not sure if ownership or cooks changed, but the food quality is down. My main complaint is the rice. Its dry and not fully cooked for the last two times. Rice is a staple food in both of our countries. Its not that I have high standards for rice; its an expectation. Anyway, I mentioned the issue to two older ladies. They gave me a sample and then talked amongst each other with quiet voices. I tossed the barely eaten taste cup of rice with disappointment. They deferred me to their younger employee for the rest of the engagement. And lastly, soapy aromatic cleaning while preparing ready to eat food is not appetizing especially in an open kitchen. There was a big rush when I walked in so I waited like 30 minutes until things calmed down because there was one employee at the front. Once another employee comes in I'm asked what I need help with and I say oh a passport picture for my baby and they quickly reply we do not take passport pictures for babies or kids. Which is weird because on their website they're a qualifying stores that does them. I just left because I knew it depends on the employees if they do it or not.
