The floors were clean, and there were plenty of bags to place vegetables/fruit in. Towards the back, there's a rack with discounted pastries; we say baguettes (white and wheat, sweet potato pie, pumpkin pie, some cookea, and muffins! The first person said he "saw my bin with medication in it and was putting it on the top" then the next person Intalked to said they "no longer had my medication in its correct dosage" and someone would call me back TODAY with instructions. (No call back). So someone went into a bin with my name on it and took the paid for medication to use for someone else because they had a "lot of orders"?! How is that okay? Is this place a scam? What if this was a senior or anyone urgently needing their medication and they are asked to pay again for the medication, that is already paid for, each time they call? How is this good practice?

There were 3 people ahead of me who had been waiting more than 30 minutes. Unsure if they had appointments. Only 1 cashier who was challenged by more than simple tasks, but executed some of those well. Seems like they need staff who speak Spanish based on the clients and communication challenges I saw today. The drive thru window seemed to suck up staff time with numerous problems but staff were kind to everyone. However this caused everyone to have to wait. There were announcements about staff needed for customer service in various Departments. As I left there were customers waiting at the checkout counter nearest the door and no cashier was there. His store is in a busy area just off the interstate so possibly need more staff at lunchtime?
