I have been filling and refilling a sleeping pill that can only be filled every 28ish days here for 7-8 years. They have to order it. Every. Time. Which adds an additional couple of days. If their system could anticipate the refill and order it a couple of days before I'm allowed to refill, it would save me a lot of stress of running out. Very frustrating.

Have had many issues with not answering phones. Staff is friendly but I dont know if its a computer problem (one i didnt have at my old cvs) or a lazy staff problem. Many times my Rx are scheduled to be filled a certain day and are never filled, and when i go on the app to schedule it again, it says its on hold. I called for several different Rx and they said they didnt know why it was on hold and could fill it today. Its very inconvenient to have to call and go wait for someone to answer to fill an rx that was suppose to be filled already and then i get it late. One thing that really upset me, i got text that a prescription had till a the end of friday to be picked up, or it would be put back, I got that text at 7pm Thursday, so drove up there and they had already put it back and asked if i would wait for them to fill. I said no and left. Also dont like that they get an Rx and will sit on it all day before filling it. My old cvs pharmacy always communicated so well, letting me know issues that came up or letting me Know what was going on. Really thinking of driving farther, just to get better service.

This was a half abandoned Chevron gas station attached to a Jack in the Box for the longest time,…read morebut I'm happy that it's finally had a full remodel complete with Valero gas, and it's better than it ever was. Of course the Jack in the Box side is the same with a drive-through around the back of the building and a doorway that connects the two inside, but the convenience store itself looks new with very bight LED lighting, many aisles of snacks and essentials, and a surprisingly good selection of things like imported Mexican Fritos and Pepsi Nitro that are usually hard to find. There's a whole aisle of wine, two walls of refrigerated drinks including alcohol, and a good selection of coffee makers and frozen drinks too. It feels bigger than your average convenience store and more like a mini QT Mart, basically. The music may be too loud and the lights are pretty stark, but the employees greeted me and everything is clean and nice, so it's good to have this station back.
