I did get my refund, but the manager seemed very irritated and said something about corporate not wanting that done. In her defense, it might be that store's policy to never give refunds for bad or non working service. But as for us, we will take our business elsewhere. Additionally behind the register is the kitchen that serves quick service to-go food like sandwiches, pretzels, milkshakes, and lots more. You'll still find a roller grill on one side of the store as well, but it's nice to have more options. They're also known for having roomy, clean bathrooms too, so this is always a good stop on a road trip. And I appreciate how efficient the employees are too, with the ability to use two registers at once to keep the traffic moving so fast, and they're well trained and friendly.
