Eh, it's an Exxon. I'm scratching my head because several people here are praising this place after…read morethe remodel. And here I'm asking: "WTF what was it like BEFORE the remodel?" Gas prices are average for the area. Service is brusque but at least it's quick. The pumps work but the island areas are dirty, and the place as a whole looks on the seedy side. Average it out and it's a decent service station. There's an Angelina's Taqueria inside which does OK burritos. Worth a stop if you need gas, but that's about it.

The soft drinks were out of order. The hot coffee taps were out of order. And the ice machine outside was out of order. Seriously? That said, outside was clean. The gas pumps appeared in order. Every time myself or one of my family members has to come here (for convenience) it almost ALWAYS puts a damper on my day. There is only one sweet short lady with dark hair and the night guy with long black hair that are at the least bit decent. I hope your market manager sees this review and does some restructuring of the people at this store, they are very unwelcoming and DO NOT provide the circle k expectancy I've grown to love and appreciate.

I easily found what I wanted. At the register I was greeted, just like I expected from a QuikTrip. And the employee was easily managing the checkout of customers from both sides of the register. I was in and out very quickly. This location is directly on the toll road, so I noticed that the fuel pumps were busy. They are spaced well apart. Also, the pumps are far enough away from the store to allow cars to get in and out of the store without any interference.

These delicious morsels are served with roasted peppers, onions, and cheese and include beans and rice as a side. The menu is fairly diverse for a burgers-and-tacos sort of place. They offer gorditas and tacos al pastor, which is a pleasant surprise. While I can't comment on the burgers or fries as of yet, these were delish in a most interesting and unusual way. That is...the beans, which are a bit watery at the start, are a sort of tasty universal food lubricant. Both the rice and the fajitas are a touch on the dry side. But a dollop of the beans...and voila, everything comes out perfectly tasty and the right level of moist! It's almost head-scratchingly good. Definitely worth a visit if you're in this neck of the woods. I know that I'll be back. This place scores a 4 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK being seen eating here by Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. Would be OK having a beer here with Jesus' Dad. 2 out of 5 stars: Come-to-the-Apostles good. Meh. Wouldn't have my last supper here. 1 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Nobody good. I wouldn't have my penultimate supper here, either. Note: To my knowledge, there are no sit-down tables here, so this is a sit n' eat in your car kind of place, or for takeout only.
