The ONE thing I will complain about is that I really love their ice tea and especially their half and half tea/lemonade. Lately I've been having problems finding it at multiple QTs. Either they are out or don't carry it at all. I assumed all the QTs were the same but as I'm finding out, they are not it at . When I do finally find it at a QT, I get excited and enjoy it.

They have a decent car wash. Two air pumps are available but one has a vacuum if your needing to clean up your car. You can also use your Plenti rewards card here too. Be sure to see if they are offering double reward before you fill up at the pump. One thing I have noticed is their fuel prices are 10 cents cheaper than any other fuel station in the area.

I'm not even sure who to escalate to for getting it to proper working order. So I drive a few miles away to the one that actually works.

I guess you can say I've been sheltered because I was amazed to see all of this. And to make it even better, the prices are reasonable and not marked up like other gas station prices. I have yet to try any of these items, only gas, but the customer service was great and the place was clean!

I always ask for a receipt because I enter them on a rewards app. Upon arriving to work, I went to scan my receipt and noticed I was charged for 2 coconut waters (I only got 1) and charged for only 1 energy drink which was on a buy-twi for whatever special. This is the third time I've realized something like this has happened there. I also recently had an incident where I cashed in a $7 winning lottery ticket and also purchased several items. Realized later than night that she never applied the winning $7 towards my cash purchase. I don't have time to deal with checking my receipt every time I leave there and then go back in to deal with the mistake. Providing quick service isn't worth it if the customer is getting cheated out of money.

I've also seen them help customers get deals with QT programs for cents off gas with food purchases or rewards programs, much to customer delight. The store is clean and easy to maneuver. Recently the extra flavoring options at the soda dispenser has been out of order, but that's just a bonus option that can't be found at other convenience stores. That said, it IS a bonus, so they really should get it fixed. (I mean who wouldn't like to add a little vanilla to their Diet Coke?) Overall, this is a solid convenience store/gas station.
