Near my local H-E-B, on the way to San Antonio to visit my family, and not too far from my apartment, this 7-Eleven is exceptional and one of the best convenience store options in the area. I don't have a 7-Eleven rewards account, but my dad does. I use his number for points and rewards. His name appears on the screen every time I make a purchase. The owner and the manager who work here both know me by my dad's name. I walk in, and they say "What's up, Gary." The black 7-Eleven coffee is always fresh in the morning, the Arizona tea is always stocked to the back, they always have the chips I want, and that's all I can ask for. I haven't tried any of their roller dogs, which is a shame because I consider that an essential piece to any 7-Eleven, look pretty banging. The Slurpees here are as good as any. You gotta love that it's always the same guys working at the 7-Eleven. Shoutout my guy Sanaj for always balancing the register and keeping the store stocked and clean. This location has a very impressive frozen drink selection and coffee station. This quick trip is almost entirely geared towards food and beverages with really no other convenience store typical offerings, such as household items. It is clean, spacious with very nice bathrooms. There are eight pumps to fill up at and two tables outside to dine at. Unlike some locations, they do not have any propane tanks to sell. The photos in this review till the rest of the story.

This is the third time I've realized something like this has happened there. I also recently had an incident where I cashed in a $7 winning lottery ticket and also purchased several items. Realized later than night that she never applied the winning $7 towards my cash purchase. I don't have time to deal with checking my receipt every time I leave there and then go back in to deal with the mistake. Providing quick service isn't worth it if the customer is getting cheated out of money.

I had a tow truck drop my car at Murphy's for gas and it resulted in an over flow of the gas tank…read more The staff at Murphy's was not only kind and professionally addressed the spill and when asked if there was a particular auto item we needed to try to start the car, the staff went on the Walmart (next door) website to tell me even what isle it was on. Moments later they came out to our car and corrected and told me they did in fact have the item. Customer service above and beyond. We struggled for some time to get it running and they were so patient with our car parked on the lot for hours as we worked through the ordeal. Kind patient and caring. I wish I knew both their names but manager... they were on duty 9/13/19 afternoon evening shift. Big applause big applause.
