Near my local H-E-B, on the way to San Antonio to visit my family, and not too far from my apartment, this 7-Eleven is exceptional and one of the best convenience store options in the area. I don't have a 7-Eleven rewards account, but my dad does. I use his number for points and rewards. His name appears on the screen every time I make a purchase. The owner and the manager who work here both know me by my dad's name. I walk in, and they say "What's up, Gary." The black 7-Eleven coffee is always fresh in the morning, the Arizona tea is always stocked to the back, they always have the chips I want, and that's all I can ask for. I haven't tried any of their roller dogs, which is a shame because I consider that an essential piece to any 7-Eleven, look pretty banging. The Slurpees here are as good as any. You gotta love that it's always the same guys working at the 7-Eleven. Shoutout my guy Sanaj for always balancing the register and keeping the store stocked and clean. He's always locked in and working his butt off to keep the store together. A glue guy for a convenience store. You can't scoff at that. RIYL: Consistency

There are several things I look for in a gas station:…read more 1 reasonable gas price... this location passed.. cheapest gas in town! 2 clean bathrooms... this location barely passed... bathrooms are not gross but could use a little attention! 3 good selection of drinks... this location passed... they have a good selection of soda, water, energy drinks and misc other stuff. 4 good selection of snacks... this location passed... they have all the basics. 5 easy checkout service... this location passed but I swear the majority of the employees are on something! So far out of it all the time! 6 bonus points none... it is a cramped little store with the basics. All that being said... again what is important?!? The price of the gas!! And they are the cheapest in town along with the HEB. Hey it's called a gas station for a reason!

I always ask for a receipt because I enter them on a rewards app. Upon arriving to work, I went to scan my receipt and noticed I was charged for 2 coconut waters (I only got 1) and charged for only 1 energy drink which was on a buy-twi for whatever special. This is the third time I've realized something like this has happened there. I also recently had an incident where I cashed in a $7 winning lottery ticket and also purchased several items. Realized later than night that she never applied the winning $7 towards my cash purchase. I don't have time to deal with checking my receipt every time I leave there and then go back in to deal with the mistake. Providing quick service isn't worth it if the customer is getting cheated out of money.

We struggled for some time to get it running and they were so patient with our car parked on the lot for hours as we worked through the ordeal. Kind patient and caring.
