Great gas prices. They also have a great selection of drinks. Hot dogs aren't bad either. Always very clean.

This 7-Eleven c-store is large and has the latest and greatest popular offerings with an emphasis on hot grab 'n hot food, cold drinks, wine, and lots of cold single and packaged beer to include a large beer cave and attentive clerks the times I've stopped there. Equal or better than QwikTrip overall. Signing up for 7-ELEVEN Rewards got me $0.11 cents off a gallon for seven fill-ups or only ten cents higher than Costco , so that's a competitive price on Williams Drive towards Sun City where the low price gas wars after Qwik Trip opened in 2021 has been gone. Not certain if 7-ELEVEN is TopTier Fuel, which is essential and important to many for fuel injected engine health.

It has a lot of things going for it, but it is not on the level of the newest Quik trips that you see. It does have an iced down beer singles table and weenie rollers, but no fresh made kitchen. They have firewood for sale and propane tanks, but no Redbox. It has a very small wine section and not much in the way of craft beer, but numerous doors of cold drinks. They do have an exceptional coffee and drink station in case you are looking for a great cup of Java. It's a good place to gas up and grab some grub for the road.

But that was some years ago, and I'm sure this cute multi-business of restaurants and stores wasn't here. Well, I'm in love, to say the least. I had to take care of some unexpected business today, and it happened to be in Georgetown. Well, how surprising it was that my business led me to this area. I think it's called Wolf Ranch. So after I finished, I took about two hours exploring, and Dave's Hot Chicken caught my eye. The building colors stood out, and the sign made me hungry. The hot chicken part of the sign stood out because I knew there would probably be honey with the garnishes, and I was right. But how good was the chicken sandwich! I don't want to call it a sandwich or anything like that. It's more than a sandwich. I like to call it a gourmet sandwich. One reason is that Dave doesn't use the traditional bun. Dave's buns are connected on the side, and they're very soft, petite, buttery buns, toasted. So, I went with the medium heat, and I love that the rub is placed all over the skin. The meat itself is very tender inside. I like that the skin is soft and crisp with the right amount of crunch. I love the pickles they chose to use along with the coleslaw as its toppings. It was really good. The fries are the old-fashioned kind. I love that too. They were thick, well-seasoned, and very tasty. I'm so happy I found this place. I certainly will be visiting again and again!!
