We always get good gas prices here because we have the 7-Eleven app. However, there is almost always pumps that are not working. Fortunately, there are enough pumps to go around, so the Out of service pumps have never stopped us from getting gas. I like the 7-Eleven app, because I like getting deals on gasoline. Terrible customer service especially at night, the employees working the register don't say a word when you enter or while ringing you up, their main focus and concern is in their phone and what or whoever is playing in their ear. It's a shame customer service has gone down hill. read more

The worst convenience store you could ever waste your time at. The store is completely filthy, I wouldn't be surprised if there were roaches living in there. Everything is way overpriced and the employees are so rude. Do NOT waste your time. You are better off going to literally any other gas station on that road. Nothing special to report about this 7-11, besides that it seems a little smaller than most but has all the things you've cometo love in one. Its kind of easy to miss on this street if you're really moving with the flow as is usually the case over here. This is my first review on Yelp, but I feel it's necessary to provide praise for exceptional service! I have been going to this particular store for many years, almost on a daily basis. It's where I routinely buy my gas, even if it's a couple cents cheaper elsewhere here in Georgetown, Texas. I have been a customer here since before it was even a RaceTrack station/store. That's a LONG TIME! But since becoming a 7-Eleven, and Meddy has taken charge there, she has built a first-rate operation. I am medically retired from a second career dealing exclusively with convenience retailing solutions around the globe and I've never seen a more top-notch enterprise than the one that Meddy has built at this location. To know her is one of my nicest experiences ever, and I've been far and wide, so I'm not just blowin' smoke. At this particular store, everybody knows my name, and I know theirs! Their demeanor just makes you want to engage them a bit more person ably than the typical retail encounter. From Meddy to Donnie, to Julie, to Lee, Tammy, Andrea, Ronaldo, Brandy and John, Helen, Sherry and Chris, they treat you right! Meddy knows how to put a winning team together and keep it polished and continues daily to evoke the best from her employees. This is not an overstatement; it's just the way it is! I consider every single one of them to be like family to me as our closest family members are about 2 hours away. The inventory that Meddy keeps in the store is fresh, nicely varied and probably just what you need at the time of your visit. The store is clean and the whole crew stays on top of everything, always making things right! Their Exxon gasoline is as good as you can get anywhere and one of the best prices here in the Georgetown area. Oh, and their "Emergency" brand is the best ice in town, fairly priced and always in plentiful supply! I really know because I've tried them all in this pretty little town and use quite a bit of it each week. Most the other ice available locally quickly freezes solid and you've GOT to use force to break it up, but not Meddy's ice! Well, I don't often write reviews but after seeing the two rather wanting reviews, I had to set the record straight; it rarely gets better than Meddy's 7-Eleven! I double-dog DARE you to try 'em out whenever you're close by and need to make a convenience store stop. I am certain you will be hard-pressed to have had a better, more personable experience before! I visited this evening and the regular outstanding crew was not working this evening . I had the unfortunate opportunity to meet Amanda. She is one of the worst customer service oriented individuals that I have ever met. On this evening, I went into the location to get some late night coffee as I usually do....Filledcup and accidentally spilled my coffee on tbd coffe bar. I immediately started to clean up after myself as she gruffed at the situation. She continued to have an attitude even though I PROCEEDED TO CLEAN MY OWN MESS UP AS SHE WATCHED FROM THE FRONT COUNTER WITH AN ATTITUDE. I am not upset that I had to clean up the mess, rather the fact that she gruffed and acted as she was put out by the situation. I was very disappointed inbthr fact that she didn't even acknowledge the fact that I cleaned up the mess that I made. read more

Love the lady that owns this place and she has an amazing story of coming to this country. She was such a pleasure and what I was looking for they did not have. She went out of her way to carry the product. She knew so many that came in by name and just talking to her you walked away feeling so lucky to have the life you have. read more
