Staff working the pizza was a super friendly man, each worker greeted my family and I with a warm smile. The bathrooms were very clean, stocked toilet paper, and no weird smells. Overall a clean and up-kept station bays, lighting and mart. Pumps always work, there are always squeegee and papers towels available. I've never encountered anything shady with the pumps. The staff inside the mart are efficient, but their focus leans so heavily toward their own socializing that customers often feel like they're interrupting a private gathering rather than entering a business. I avoid entering the mart. read more

Do better. I asked the worker there if I could request they bring in Dr Pepper Cream Soda and David BBQ Sunflower Seeds. He said no there is not enough space and the company gives them tags what is there. I live down the street and these are my regular items I buy. They do not care about providing what customers want and to make money. I also tried to get gas and every time their chip readers do not work. Silly little run down gas station. DO NOT! Absolutely do not sign up for their new Unlimited Car Washes & 10 Cents of each gallon of gas (up to 50)! I arrived around noon to sign up for this unholy "deal". Well I went into the newly renovated store & was directed to the office on the far end of the Car Wash. Well they sign me up and I am now $34.95+tax lighter than before, but want my gas at $3.05. I tried to the point my bank called to make sure someone had not stolen my card. No matter what the Car Wash Guys (Kaleb & Shelby - you guys were the utmost professional & deserve better jobs if your management is anything to judge by) did they could not get the gas discount to work. Several calls to different higher ups (and each passing the blame to the next highsweating & buer up of course). In the meantime Kaleb & Shelby provided me with my car wash hoping that they could figure out why I couldn't get my gas discount. By the way it was another 100+ Degrees out - Sunburn despite SPF as from 12pm-2pm CST I was (as were Kaleb & Shelby) trying to make it work. Finally I was just asking to cancel it - because I needed to go elsewhere to get gas & do my errands. Sadly that too was impossible, and then I got to talk to the "Headboss Man" Jesse. Jesse sadly was from the jump (before I said anything as Kaleb handed me his phone to speak to this bossman) overly defensive & the 1st thing out of his mouth was "I just left less than 5 mins ago - why didn't you ask for me, I would have solved it in no time" (yes it sounded as smug as it sounds typed out). Then I knew he absolutely has no knowledge about the Gas Station/Car Wash he allegedly manages. First he infantilized me by making sure I had typed in the correct numbers when attempting to get my gas discount and several silly questions that had been attempted in the past 90 mins with the AWESOME Kaleb & Shelby. Then Jesse told me the best lie I had ever been told regarding to as why I shouldn't cancel my membership and just "suck it up" in regards to the extra 20 Cents a Gallon I would've spent without my paid discount. JESSE'S LIE (OR FAILED ATTEMPT TO COVER HIS BUTT): "Well the system is spotty so sometimes you just won't get a discount". {My Response: So you mean to tell me that depending on what time is it & depending on the day I may just not get the discount included in the Car Wash Bundle towards my gas that day - is there a schedule for that, or better yet HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?!} JESSE: "Umm...actually I meant it happens when our internet goes out. If the internet doesn't work, it's not our fault, right"! This got my hackles up, thus I responded {Tell me the name of your ISP right now, because there is only 1 right answer & I can confidently say that the internet is working perfectly right now as Suddenlink/Optium is the only ISP in Georgetown,TX. (Plus I live in the apartments next door to the gas station).} Of course Jesse expressed how was he supposed to know the ISP I corrected him & told him that the internet is actually very reliable & even if it were out - then how were you able to sign me up for this program and charge my card for it? At this point I heargnup him becoming angrier (although regardless of any emphasis in my writing style I never was anything but nice, calm & pleasant while speaking to Jesse) as he did not expect me to push back against his bogus internet lie - some sputtering and then I continued explaining that despite now 2 full hours and in desperate need to finish my time sensitive errands I became assertive and told him I had given him an opportunity to rationally explain why I was encountering the issues I had been after spending $34.95 and the best he could come up with was 1. Well it is just randomly spotty about when the system works or not and then became to blame the internet on the spotty nature. Both arguments in the same ballpark if on Mars. Then he started getting short & nasty with me (for no reason except calling him out on his lies) and at that point asked for a refund. GUESS WHAT!! He couldn't facilitate a refund through a worker on site or god forbid he come back and fix a major issue at the store he "MANAGES - Allegedly". So I left 2 hours after arriving, Sunburned, empty tank of gas, 34.95 Dollars lighter. THANKS TO KALEB & SHELBY for the car wash, while trying to get ahold of Jesse the Failed up into Manager Work. Furthermore thank you for calling me sometime after 4pm Kaleb to inform me the reason for my 2 hours of wasted time & a sunburn was that it takes 48hrs for the Gas Discount to be Registered in the System. No employee was told & was not on the Pamphlet for customers. Plus he called unprompted JESSE & HIS DM KEVIN SACKER refused to return my calls. So atm Speedy Stop has misrepresented its CarWash Pkg & refuses to return my $ or compensate me. My best advice STAY AWAY. If you have been stolen from by this store since the upgrade CALL District Manager Kevin Sacker 512-660-8028 as Jesse 512-690-1980 will direct you to Kevin if lying. read more

The lady used one small white cloth to wipe the trash can, pumps, and everything else. This people don't have common sense. She took the cloth inside the store, I bet she will use the same one to clean the bathrooms and the counters. read more

The gas pump wouldn't let me choose debit or use my debit card as credit because it kept saying mismatched. I called for the attendant because my disabled son was in the car and I was not able to take him in to pay inside. She said "how can I help you?" I told her what was happening and that I couldn't go in because my disabled son was in the car. She left me hanging. She didn't respond, didn't come out, gave me absolutely no help to get gas. What is the point in having an attendant call button if they aren't actually going to help especially when it is supposed to be for disabled people? I have no words for this. read more

Nastiest gas station bathroom I've seen in years...it's the kind you continually repeat to your kids "don't touch anything" and you wish your three year old could hover..but she can't..but they've got gas, snacks and a bathroom..they served their nasty purpose and get two stars.. read more

A typical convenient store with typical convenient store offerings including those 40oz Old English and Mickey's. Grab your brown bags people and get your quart on! There really isn't a whole lot to say about this store except if your are looking for a cheesy convenient store gift like a plastic car, stuffed animal, purse, weird doll, a dumb ass wolf lamp or a cross, you might find satisfaction here. Parking lot gets crazy crowded in the afternoons and the urinals in the men's room are side by side with the stall wall literally two feet away. A very crowded space. I would suggest that if you stand at the urinal take the one closest to the wall otherwise you're gonna have some one rubbing your booty as they try to maneuver their way behind you to get to the other urinal. Taking a piss here could be filed under "Awkward moments at the urinal"! read more

Props to tyana, the attendant at this store. I stopped for gas, a monster, and a bag of chips and she was incredibly friendly and everything that goes along with that. I also let her know about a large pile of glass sitting in the parking lot and she immediately jumped on it. Didn't make any snide comments or anything like that about the glass even being there (like I've heard at many other chains) she just immediately went to clean it up once she finished my transaction.
