Not the employees fault but this location needs some serious help, they are very short staffed every time I come. Both the drive through and walk in is so backed up even when it it's not rush hour.

the people have good intentions in regards to doing their job, but the efficiency is just lacking completely in this pharmacy. it's like the employees are waiting for the customers to get visibly upset w/ them before actually doing the service asked of them. i wouldn't have left this review if i hadn't witnessed two individuals separately storm out of the pharamacy/walgreens all together after not being helped or communicated to. being at your job doesn't fulfill the requirements of your job; you have to be of help to the customer and allow us, as customers, to have a productive and efficient experience at your pharmacy. i'm currently in the waiting chairs of the pharmacy area, and i have watched every employee go into the break room and can hear them talking to eachother on the other side of the door. i am alone in the pharmacy area, with no help and no hope of getting my scheduled shot done anywhere near on time.

I've had ENOUGH with this Walgreens pharmacy. They are constantly "temporarily closed" or "closed early". Today i woke up at the crack of dawn to not endure 45 min wait time in the drive thru. Walked up to a new sign on the door that their "systems are down". Once they closed down for a whole week because someone got covid. I can't even tell you the amount of times we've driven up to see a long line wrapped around the building or in the store or some sort of limited hours. My husband and I are completely fed up. We've lived here 4 years and it's gone down hill in the last 2-3 years. He has epilepsy meds that MUST be filled. They are completely unreliable and slow!!!!!! I will be contacting up the ladder to get this Walgreens looked at. DO BETTER!!!! So ridiculous.

Horrific display of customer service. I needed to buy medicine and the tag stated Buy 1 Get 1 50% off. Prices are also cheaper on their app so I asked the associate to price match. She called the manager over who rudely stated they do not match to anyone, not even their online prices. Yet it clearly states on their website that they do honor requests if asked. Secondly, she refused to honor the tag special. How can a manager deny a customer what the tag and website is stating? I will not be supporting this store any longer.

Even during the hours they are supposed to be open, they are closed. This is at 8:45AM on a Wednesday, not some crazy hour.

Also, they have a huge collection of Smashbox cosmetics. I saw the cream eyeshadows and more. The cream eyeshadows are a favorite. They also carry many of the hair products we women love. Oh, by the way, let me give you the name of the perfume I was writing about. It's the Aromatics Elixir!

Jennifer sold me incorrect lipstick went to the store right away, was told all sales final…read moreregardless who made the error. When I reenacted the incident was told I was wrong. Jennifer kept arguing in front of other customers finally realizing her mistake, but refused to exchange the lipstick. Probably embarrassed that she made a mistake refused to sell me the original lipstick which I was ready to pay. Loudly was told, " I refuse to service you." I was shocked by her behavior. Fiest time my experience but have heard several horror stories about the store.

I booked a "New Patient Full Body Skin Check" appointment online for July, but was happy to receive an alert saying that Dr. Covington could see me sooner this week. So I hopped on it and completed the online registration. Registration was straight forward and I appreciated the clear and frequent communication leading up to the appointment. On the day of, check-in was straightforward, the front staff was kind and professional, and the waiting area was new and shiny; all was looking up until my appointment. I met the Dr. who was nice, but I realized early on that this would be a touch and go appointment. I immediately sensed I was being hurried. My "new patient" experience felt very impersonal. I talked about my skin concerns, but the doctor didn't seem curious about any of them and asked little to no follow up questions-- only giving quick answers that left me with more questions. After I talked about my concerns, that was it. I'm not sure what the "Full Body Skin Check" was supposed to entail, but there was no additional "checking" of any kind, and I was so over the whirlwind appointment after a mere 10-15 mins that I didn't care to ask. I left with an Rx and follow up appointment that I'll be canceling now that the dust has settled. I'm glad I checked this place out for myself, but it's back to Austin I go.
