The newest pharmacist hasn't let me down. Great communication. Quick response time. Friendly and professional. Location close to my home. Prices are reasonable with my insurance, but when I didn't have insurance prices still were cheaper than corporate pharmacy business. I highly recommend Liberty Pharmacy!!!

The Pflugerville and Round Rock are awesome! It took me since October 6th, 2 calls from my insurance and Doctor to get my prescription filled. The clerks don't know their job at all. This isn't the first issue it's on going one. Last I switched to a mom and pop pharmacy, which I love but in August I changed insurance and I had switched back. The good my insurance put that pharmacy in network so I leaving Walgreens for good!!!!

They answer the phone right away. YES - A real person! Remember those? 2. They deliver your prescriptions to your doorstep FOR FREE! 3. They're family owned and operated! 4. Without even asking, they go above and beyond looking for the best deal on expensive medications. An example was my son needed a pediatric eczema cream that was $700 at Walgreens. We have pretty good insurance through Aetna but they weren't covering it. Guess how much I paid for it at Texan pharmacy with their help (that I didn't even have to ask for!). $10. They're amazing, caring and we all need to support local now more than ever.

Never had any hesitation to ask questions or get interaction opinions. Doctors prescribe whatever and often care not of the interactions of the drugs prescribed. Here, they catch that and at least make you informed so you can get back to your doc to see alternatives. It is really a boutique pharmacy at budget prices.

I have come to rely on this CVS for all my prescriptions and all of my…read morelast-minute needs such as my mom's reading glasses broke so I ran down here and got a pair. My mom needed toothpaste so I got a tube of toothpaste on the way to see her. This place is great for those types of things. And they're great for prescriptions. However, they have a minute clinic inside that is horrible. I took my son there to have his ears cleaned because his ear was completely clogged up with wax and the medical doctor was rude and condescending and sarcastic and insulting. And then after it all , she couldn't even clean the wax out of his ear. We went to a nurse practitioner at an urgent center the next day and got his ear cleaned. This woman calls herself a doctor and she can't clean wax out of an ear. It is because the MinuteClinic being inside this pharmacy that I am only giving it three stars. The pharmacy itself and the store and the employees, they're great. Please think twice before you go to this minute clinic. But don't hesitate to get your prescriptions filled or run inside to pick up some toiletries.

Amazingly, while there are 3 bazillion different steroid nasal sprays, there is no patent medicine for this particular malady. Enter ye days of olde: Apothecary to the rescue. Okay, okay, well, nowadays they call this a 'compounding pharmacy'. But there's only one in town, and, happily, it's a division of People's Pharmacy. "Eye of newt, and toe of frog" it's not. Electronic transmission of the prescription from doctor to the pharmacy, and delivery to the People's location nearest you, that's how it works in the 21st century. Best of all, I thought I'd have to bird dog this process and it would take several days, but instead I was pleasantly surprised by the pharmacy CALLING ME to inform me my prescription was ready that same afternoon. When I asked if my prescription was actually at the pharmacy location, I was placed on hold momentarily and then told that it had already been delivered, a scant six hours from when I left my doctor's office. What incredible customer service! I sure hope I don't ever need another compounded prescription, but I am so glad this option exists locally!

Recently had an RX's tracking stall after a week. Called PD Labs to inquire because I was one day away from running out of a critical medication and they discovered my unit number had been missing from the address. They shipped a new RX overnight at their expense! The original RX eventually showed up that afternoon (the post person had guessed my unit number based on all of my other mail) and it was too late in the day to inform them (due to time difference). New RX arrived over the weekend. I called next business day to inform them of both orders arriving and asked how I could send the duplicate order back. They kindly told me to keep it for future use. Wow! Outstanding customer service which seems to be a lost art for many companies today. Thank you!!

I asked "aren't there more?" She asked which ones did you get prescribed? I said "I'm not sure. I don't have the paper in front of me right now, I'm driving. But I'm pretty sure I had at least 3 to pick up." She said well there's only one ready to pick up. I get back home and read my paperwork from my doctors office. And yes, he had prescribed 3 different medications for me. So now I have to go back tomorrow and pick up the rest. I don't know why it only showed one for pick up. I don't know why she couldn't just double check for the others. But I will not be using this location again.
