This helps narrow down choices if you know whether you are looking for a fresh scent, woodsy scent, etc. Back to the return policy. They seem to have a return policy on par with Costco and Nordstrom where they will take back merchandise you have tried that you are unsatisfied with which is great. There are so many products on the market and there is no way to know what will work for your particular skin so this is an awesome policy to have. The stores also seem to have plenty of staff working ready to assist however they can which is a plus. Seems to be more and more of a rarity in retail to have stores staffed appropriately as opposed to just having a couple of cashiers checking people out.

She did not greet me nor did she offer to help me find something. She said "Don't move," and she SWEPT AROUND MY SANDALED FEET! I stepped back and cried out. She said "What? I didn't get your toes."
