At that time Johnny was the Pharmacist and he was amazing took care of all my needs. I was worried when he left the Georgetown location to seek a promotion at another pharmacy. The newest pharmacist hasn't let me down. Great communication. Quick response time. Friendly and professional. Location close to my home. Prices are reasonable with my insurance, but when I didn't have insurance prices still were cheaper than corporate pharmacy business. I highly recommend Liberty Pharmacy!!!

They are so rude when you try to ask a question about your medication's or your co-pays they act like it's an inconvenience when you want to get a refill of your medication's. People don't go to the pharmacy because they want to. It's because they have to and I feel like they need some more training on customer service skills and bedside manner even though they're not in a hospital setting they still have to have the mannerism when it comes to dealing with somebody's medical.

The service is great, the pharmacy fast and efficient and the shelves well stocked with diverse selection merchandise. This Walgreens takes me back to the old 'neighborhood' drug stores. Not soda fountains and burgers old -- but the Gus's Drugs we used to have and then the old Eckerd's. Plus, the pharmacy is thoroughly modern and efficient. They've got everything you can imagine (or couldn't have imagined) on the shelves which always makes drug stores like this interesting to browse. Their neat shelves have everything from heated, vibrating foot massaging contraptions to ice cream treats. Greeting cards are offered in enormous variety. If you've got a fever and the only cure is more cowbell....well, they don't have cowbells. But probably a cow plush and 50 cures for flu and cold. THE PHARMACY is very good and offers steep discounts with insurance or various programs they can guide you toward. They use automated call/text for prescription arrivals and notice when it's been picked up. They also offer all seasonal shots. I find the staff courteous and quick to serve. I won't dock points for not having cowbells, but I'll look for Bluebell ice cream or a competitor next time I'm in as I find myself utilizing their convenience more frequently.

Waited around and 3 hours later they cancelled my order with no explanation. I would not do any online orders with them again. I called customer service to see what the reason was, because yeah I'm not happy about my time being wasted and now they have a hold on the amount I paid. They said sometimes the stores just cancel. While speaking to the manager, Carlos, Lindsay walked to my vehicle and addressed my family. She stated that it was a 2-3 hour wait and someone else was in front of us. Family stated that we will go elsewhere. She said: suit yourself and left. She told her manager that we would have to wait. There is a walk-in in front of us. The audacity. Again, if I didn't NEED my tires today, we would've left. So grateful for Mr. Carlos! That's why I gave them a 4.

Even though the insurance companies have communicated the problem directly to them and they've known for days/weeks/months. You may get a text that says your prescription is delayed but that's all the communication you're going to get unless you INITIATE the communication. When you call them you're going to be speaking to an AI first of all, and then transferred to someone at a call center, probably overseas. They obviously don't care because look at all the 1 star reviews and they don't try to rectify the situation. Horrible company.

Back in July, 2025, I was pretty much home bound when my pain pump for spinal stenosis quit…read moreworking. I'd called in a prescription for a pain medication & asked it be delivered. Having had a couple of prescriptions delivered before this, I "assumed" this most recent one would be also. NOT! After a sufficient time'd passed & the rx was due & hadn't come, I called the pharmacy to ask why no delivery. I was told a delivery service contacted to deliver Walgreens rx's had informed them they didn't have enough delivery drivers available to handle Walgreens deliveries that day/evening! I asked the person on the phone if it might have occurred to Walgreens pharmacy staff to call the affected customers to let them know they wouldn't be getting their medication. So, 2-3 days later the same exact thing happened again with the exact same result....NO RX DELIVERY & NO CALL TO ME TO LET ME KNOW IT WASN'T COMING. In both cases, I had to go pick up the prescriptions even though I was feeling horrible!!! Needless to say, I haven't requested delivery since then & never will unless I'm dying. I'm going to mail order now that I'm feeling better as I don't want to use Walgreens pharmacy anymore due to their total lack of concern for home bound customers!!!
