The newest pharmacist hasn't let me down. Great communication. Quick response time. Friendly and professional. Location close to my home. Prices are reasonable with my insurance, but when I didn't have insurance prices still were cheaper than corporate pharmacy business. I highly recommend Liberty Pharmacy!!!

I ended up completely switching all of my prescriptions to a different CVS and haven't had any of the issues this lady constantly would cause. Again she should not be in health care especially when prescriptions are complicated with health insurance and people need certain medications on a daily basis . This lady doesn't care she will let you go without your diabetes thyroid whatever medication and tell you it's your fault. They are so rude when you try to ask a question about your medication's or your co-pays they act like it's an inconvenience when you want to get a refill of your medication's. People don't go to the pharmacy because they want to. It's because they have to and I feel like they need some more training on customer service skills and bedside manner even though they're not in a hospital setting they still have to have the mannerism when it comes to dealing with somebody's medical.

The service is great, the pharmacy fast and efficient and the shelves well stocked with diverse selection merchandise. This Walgreens takes me back to the old 'neighborhood' drug stores. Not soda fountains and burgers old -- but the Gus's Drugs we used to have and then the old Eckerd's. Plus, the pharmacy is thoroughly modern and efficient. They've got everything you can imagine (or couldn't have imagined) on the shelves which always makes drug stores like this interesting to browse. Their neat shelves have everything from heated, vibrating foot massaging contraptions to ice cream treats. Greeting cards are offered in enormous variety. If you've got a fever and the only cure is more cowbell....well, they don't have cowbells. But probably a cow plush and 50 cures for flu and cold. THE PHARMACY is very good and offers steep discounts with insurance or various programs they can guide you toward. They use automated call/text for prescription arrivals and notice when it's been picked up. They also offer all seasonal shots. I find the staff courteous and quick to serve. I won't dock points for not having cowbells, but I'll look for Bluebell ice cream or a competitor next time I'm in as I find myself utilizing their convenience more frequently.

My mom needed toothpaste so I got a tube of toothpaste on the way to see her. This place is great for those types of things. And they're great for prescriptions. However, they have a minute clinic inside that is horrible. I took my son there to have his ears cleaned because his ear was completely clogged up with wax and the medical doctor was rude and condescending and sarcastic and insulting. And then after it all , she couldn't even clean the wax out of his ear. We went to a nurse practitioner at an urgent center the next day and got his ear cleaned. This woman calls herself a doctor and she can't clean wax out of an ear. It is because the MinuteClinic being inside this pharmacy that I am only giving it three stars. The pharmacy itself and the store and the employees, they're great. Please think twice before you go to this minute clinic. But don't hesitate to get your prescriptions filled or run inside to pick up some toiletries.

The availability of my primary medication has also been in short supply and at various times the particular pharmaceutical staff they were indifferent about trying to help me get it. This last week has been a very different story. The pharmacy staff have been extremely helpful in trying to access the primary medication and offered to help in transferring other prescriptions since they are now a "Preferred" vendor and price competitive with my new insurance. Yeah! Hoping this trend continues. My husband recently used the new lab in the store and was very pleased with the service. It's a 3rd party provider. BUT if you don't make an appointment online you are very unhappy with a long wait in a cramped area which we saw with walk-in customers. Results were provided efficiently to the doctor who ordered them and got one unusual lab test done right. With regard to non pharmacy services I like the store! It's very convenient in my neighborhood firstly. I've used the photo service to make a custom greeting card which was so nice and very reasonable. Their rewards and coupons are confusing and sometimes work or not when ordering on line. Part of the appeal for this store location from my experience is that it's very clean, has a strong customer base, and is well stocked and they move the inventory. You aren't getting products in mutilated boxes that have been sitting on a shelf for years. I guess perspective can determine point of view huh?
